This hack has been renamed so many times. At first it was gonna be Megahertz Donut, the sequel to Hertz Donut, then it was gonna be Super Mario FML 2, and then I finally settled on E=MC Hammer (this hack has nothing to do with MC Hammer. The name just sounded cool). I think that will be final.
Anyway, it's another hack focusing more on quality over difficulty. Difficulty is at least that of Hertz Donut (slowdown will not be needed). It's mostly vanilla, but with occasional chocolate elements. Like Combo Breaker, this one also features a hex edit that disables spin jumping off of dangerous enemies, which should close some doors and open others. For the first time in my Kaizo hacking chronology, the intro level will be an actual level (it's actually the first level), and the OW is designed so that you can beat the levels in any order. Beat all the levels to access the final stage. I might actually use the OW RPG patch. Screenshots:
I did have a video of this level up, but I am planning to majorly redesign parts of the level, so it would be pointless to still have the old video up. This is Chuck-fused Cliffs.
You might have guessed this from my filebin, but this level is called Healthy as a Horse. Those yellow switch blocks are on/off controlled (outlines=non-solid and ! block=solid).
And it's in this level only. Zeldara posted the code I had partially requested. Mario can still get off Yoshi if he takes damage from an enemy. This is that same level I showed a screen from a while back in the screens and videos thread. I'm actually just about finished with this level. It took a while due to taking long breaks and creative ideas coming slowly. Oh, and I screwed myself because I needed that shell.
What do I have in store here? You'll find out eventually. NOTE: I have since changed the FG graphics of this level to forest/cloud, since the music I chose seems to fit a little better with it (Pokemon Black and White-Relic Castle).
This level will focus almost solely on the on/off switch controlled blocks.
