back to the Strongest Sprite Workshop, courtesy of Eminus and Von Fahrenheit! Last C3, we made some pretty crazy sprites in our workshop of madmen. Special shoutout to the person who requested the grinder bridge (you know who you are) and our beloved lordkronos100 who requested none other than Ganon. If anyone else had requested a boss we would have said no, but we just love lordkronos100 that much.

So, what is this thread about? It's the followup to our last C3, because we have fixed up the sprites and are now releasing them! We have fixed a lot of bugs and added quite a few more features, and Eminus even did some redrawing to make the sprites look even better than before! You'll hopefully be able to find the sprites as official downloads immediately after C3, but you'll be able to download all of them right here right away, naturally. As far as we know, every graphical bug has been fixed and all the sprites now work with everything you'd expect to find in a normal SMW hack, including Yoshi (who took a lot of work!). All sprites except the Konotako and Silius Shooter should be completely ready for use.

Lastly, I have made a bit of a devlog where I show off all the sprites in-game. Hopefully that will be helpful, it was pretty fun to make #smrpg{:D}. Amazing collection of sprites! There's so much possibility with a lot of these sprites; the playable Spike Chuck is maybe my favorite of the bunch. Also a shout-out to Journey to Silius! #smrpg{haha} Well done!
Very neat what you did with the mechakoopas, but I was wondering. Didn't you forget about the lightsaber sprite?

Nice. I'd almost forgotten about these, but I'm glad to see them released. The Mechakoopa, Giga Koopa, and flying rope look especially useful. As for the scale platform, can its width be changed? And can it detect where to start if you go offscreen and come back? Or does it always auto-reset?

Whoo boy those sprites are crazy. I absolutely adore how some of them simply exist "just because" in a manner of speaking.

Is it possible to make the gigakoopas don't spawn small giga shelless koopas though? Asking for one who wants koopas to behave like in Mario 3 and the newer 2D games.

These are all pretty fun. I especially like seeing new variants of existing things. It really makes the game feel more properly fleshed out and explored.
I'm already using the sunshine bloopers and ganon in my hack, and now they work with yoshi? Neat!

Those Mechakoopas are seriously well done! I may wanna use them in my hack's hard mode. The parachute Thwomp was hilarious! We need more funny enemy sprites like this. Nice job as always!
