    I remember hearing this in Super Mario Star Road. Hearing this again is giving me a lot of nostalgia. Great port, by the way. It may not sound as accurate as the original, but I can tell you use the samples from the original game. #smw{^_^}

    The samples are from the ROM directly, but most of them are downsampled to fit in ARAM. I always compromise the samples so that I give highest quality to the ones I think are the most important (like lead and drums in this one), but of course we all have different perception on that.

    I think it's unrealistic to expect it to sound exactly like original. There are probably some small improvements that can be done, but that's really close to the best I got, so sorry to disappoint you.
