There were a few annoyances:
The Pick-A-Door ghost houses were really unfun. One of them took a bit over 20 minutes to check every door in case of a secret exit.
The short sections with the key/keyhole to open up the Special World warps were all weirdly claustrophobic because of an ultra low ceiling.
Higher Cliffs 4 had a janky on/off block platform section that killed me too many times because of awkward timing for the koopa/shell/on-off trigger going off screen.
It sucked dying on the long autoscroller airship with no checkpoint.

The biggest problem I have is with the ghost houses. Randomly trying doors to find out which is the real one isn't a fun mechanic, and it gets used over and over. It's just exhausting.
Besides that, the final airship felt a bit too long, and the last castle's difficult was way out of proportion with the rest of Bowserrealm. And it was a bit disappointing that the game ended with just the usual fight against Bowser.
Despite these issues, it's still a 5/5 normal difficulty hack.
Game is long with neat levels and overworld. New stuff is added, like new enemies, some of them I have never seen before !
Difficulty is OK, though I think that second part of castle #7 and its boss are too had for a normal, in the line of SMW difficulty.

Bug/Issues:
Bug inside the game's bonus screen.
Level "#4 Roy's Castle" = Only this Koopa Troopa hurts Mario, if you try kicks it.
Level "Higher Clouds 2" = This dragon coin is bugged.
Level "#6 Morton's Castle" = A check point on this level would be appreciated.
Level "Bowserrealm 1" = This level has no P-switch, so it impossible to get this dragon coin.

NOTE: I'M GOING TO DELETE THIS COMMENT IF MY HACK IS UPDATED
- Getting this cape in "JUICY AIRSHIP" crashed the game. I fixed this by applying this patch.
- Changed exit count to 92, as that is what shows up on the title screen when every exit has been obtained.
- A few levels have sections which bear a striking resemblance to Super Mario World. For example, a section in "#1 LARRY'S CASTLE" looks a lot like "CHOCOLATE FORTRESS". "BOWSERREALM 3" looks a lot like "BUTTER BRIDGE 2". Please make all levels from scratch.
- I found it surprising that these leaves were solid, because these were not.
- There was some cutoff on the overworld and levels (for example, SNOWY PLAINS 6).
I thought that I worked with that during the update
