Description: The original Super Mario All Stars: Super Mario Bros. 3 background ripped by Merio then i convert the background into a layer 3 background in 2017 then i updated this background in 2022 with the green patches of grass tile added and a accurate palette.

Can be used for cave levels with layer 2 gimmicks.

Excellent conversion! Sure, it's a bit losey (as expected with any 4bpp -> 2bpp conversion) but the result still works better than expected.

During moderation I fixed sample level's palette; it had overwritten colors not used by the layer 3, be careful about that in the future. Also added patch needed tag as this is a fullscreen layer 3 so it needs an asm workarround to avoid conflict with layer 3 status bar.
