Moderation notes:
- Added a separate entry to the .json file for the wave eerie so it can be selected directly from LM's Add Sprite window.
- I fixed a couple discrepancies between this and the vanilla sprite that were already present before the SA-1 update:
1) The animation frame was being set incorrectly, so all eeries' animation frames appeared in sync, rather than a random jumble; this is now correct.
2) The despawn range for the wave eerie was incorrect; this has also been corrected.
