Now you can experience your favorite flash game on the SNES, with better controls, and cleaner sound and visuals.
We hope you enjoy!

I had never heard of Super Mario Flash before. This was a neat little 40 minute hack. Straightforward and simple. Vanilla physics. I always like seeing collectibles have a use and the
bonus level from finding all the Flash coins
was fun.

Super Mario Flash 2. I remember playing this game on Pouetpu-Games when I was much, much younger along with Flash 1.

Now here's a fun fact: I've never actually beaten the main game of Flash 2 back then; I just mainly focused on the Level Portal option the game had where you can play custom-made levels from users on Pouetpu. The game originally had a level editor similar to Lunar Magic where users can create levels. Then they had to get a code for the level which was done directly from within the game. Users would then copy that code that they receive in the submission post of their level, and then other users copy-paste that code from the site to their SMF2 game in order to load that other user's level. Pouetpu-Games is no longer in operation.

Many miscellaneous changes occurred in order to remain faithful to the original Flash 2 game, including the unique font seen in the message boxes, the faster movement speed on the overworld, the lack of a timer, and the lack of lag upon Mario transforming between states, to name a few.

While the level design may feel outdated and boring for some, it's still great to see this classic game from 2011 made into a full-fletched, fully operational Super Mario World hack.

Anyway, not much else to say about this hack since it's only a remake of a pre-existing game. 5/5 for this remake!

It's a really nice throwback to age of Mario Flash games in which I remember these types of games with editors having very active communities.

You know, there actually is a level editor! It's called Lunar Magic, you have to download it seperately, though...

I'm not usually a fan of "remake" hacks, but this one was actually really fun, and it was a remake of something, that wasn't really done before, also the small additions make it a really enjoyable experience
