Description: This patch fixes a somewhat not-mentioned bug with the SFX of the portable springboard. During the bouncing animation, the SFX port $1DFC is written every frame.

While this is unnoticeable, since the SFX keeps getting replaced (replayed) until the last frame of writing, it is noticeable if the game is lagging, because lag delays the time between each write to $1DFC, allowing the beginning portion of the SFX to be audible.

Fun fact: SMA2 also have this bug, and is noticeable even without lag due to how the SFX being replayed being handled differently.

SMA2's springboard SFX can be noticed if you compare the sound played by other stuff that uses the same SFX, the beginning part is more “pronounced”.

Fixed the page by adding missing tags and marked patch as one which uses freespace. No issues with the patch.
