Description: This is a simple sprite that moves only by jumping. It can attack by extending its tongue. Its interaction is very standard. It has an option for using an alternate palette underwater, which might be useful if you want it to look more blue or something like that.

I noticed that Bopping Toady flips horizontally mid jump when a Bullet Bill Shooter is active in the same screen. Any way to fix this?

Looks great and functions well. However, there’s a glitch where the sprite appears to screen wrap temporarily (in horizontal levels with no screen wrap set). This glitch is very consistent and noticeable

Tested with:

• Lunar Magic 3.21
• SA-1 Pack v1.32
• PIXI v1.31
• Snes9x v1.60
• bsnes plus v05

Works as intended with no issues found, so, accepted. Added a graphic icon and description to the .json. Also added LoROM and SA-1 tags.
Although not necessary, it would be nice for the graphics to be inserted into a vanilla sprite GFX set by default. Otherwise, the user is forced to edit and remap the graphics themselves if they don't want to lose the rest of SP3.
