This was a lot of fun, I loved the creepy atmosphere the hack had, desolate and uneasy. The gimmicks in each level ranged from easy to very hard, some got frustrating like the star level where there was a strict timer and lots of small things could lead to you losing. While others like the coin collecting level were pretty easy to get through. The final gauntlet levels were challenging but were more an endurance test with so many things back to back to complete, even with checkpoints. The levels overall were fun but I gave in and used save states on some levels unlike hack and hack -1 which I could beat without them.

Realising there were secrets hidden in each level and having to go back to find them all was fun and gave the hack more exploration and puzzle solving which I liked. It's kinda unfortunate you have to beat the final level again to input the code once you found it. Then having to find all 3 alternate endings before the true final ending was a fun puzzle as well. The final reveal deciphering the second code was very cool and hit like ton of bricks like I should have seen it coming. It made the hack come together well and satisfyingly. I like it was something you had to figure out yourself without the game telling you.

Some points of this hack were creepy, but great level design! My favorite level was "Silentium" where you had to be completely silent. That was tricky, but extremely fun #smw{:TUP:}

Very fun hack, enjoyed the creepy atmosphere. The gimmicks are well-executed and fair. The silent level was particularly excellent. The game kept me motivated to get all four endings, but still I couldn't figure out what was going on (probably by design). To see if I was missing something, I checked the message boxes in Lunar Magic.
There is some seemingly unused content where the mystery villain speaks to the player.
Does this story line play out in other hacks? Thanks for making.

There shouldn't be any unused messages in the hack. And yea, you should be able to infer who (or what) the mystery villain is from certain facets and dialogue from the hack. Hint, the two passcodes in the hack are not just arbitrary values, observe them more closely...

this is an interesting hack. the gimmicks arent much in your favor this time, but theres some deeper plot going on here.

i got ending 3 and 4 out of 4, but i have to be honest, the 2nd code i couldnt figure out at all. i cheated by looking into lunar magic.

i dont know how to get the 2nd code or where ending 1 and 2 are. considering ending 3 had 3 letters in it, i assume you need all 3 endings to get the code.

(if anyone figures it out send me a dm im really curious).

i give this hack a solid 4*.

The first 6 levels were mostly fun, explosion level was probably the weakest of the bunch.

Was wondering why the hack was labeled Standard: Very Hard until I got to the final level, which was quite a difficulty spike. It consisted of 2 sections per checkpoint, with some things feeling a bit unfair -- such as the 'no sound' room, which had obstacles that were hard to read quickly enough the first time around.

I achieved 'Ending 2 of 4' and did not have the desire to go back to all the other levels to attain some kind of 'code,' as well as go through the whole final level again.

Overall, it was an enjoyable hack. Not something I would go out of my way to recommend, but if someone asked me if it was worth playing, it would be a definite "Yes."
