Supports 1-9 uses or infinite and number of uses can be set in LM via the extension/extra bytes not requiring multiple inserts.

Instead of having a number attached to it, why not just make it puff into a cloud of smoke after you use it and make it a one time thing.

Tested with: LM 3.11, ZMZ 1.08, SA-1 1.32 and PIXI 1.2.14.

Nothing wrong found, so I'll accept this. A nice addition to the section. I will add one tag to directly relate to spring boards, however.

Just included for clarity/completion. If you are using both it can be nice to label all of them, but if you don't want to you can just use the regular one. The infinite is certainly not the point.
