Still a recommend for newcomers to see how old school vs new school plays.
GLHF
Difficulty is sorta up-and-down, some levels are easy and you breeze through, then a level with a few hard obstacles might stop you for a while.
Bait and switch did not work for me on bsnes emulator, the second section was completely broken until I switched, and the first section did not work properly (but could be finished) - the switches would not always change the sprite.
Also, final exit count was only 14, based on other playthroughs (juz's) I didn't miss any exit... maybe another emulation issue?
No death counter was shown with any emulator used.
Overall feels a bit older in style but holds up.
3/5

may i ask how the switch magic in the moles and saw level was made? i would love to use that on my own! never seen anything like it.
overall a really nice hack. i think i did some small breaks here and there, but besides that its really enjoyable.
final boss is a "sped up" version of vanilla bowser, meh bit boring tbh. took me 3 tries, i died once on every phase besides the last one. a bit of a letdown for the finale.
overall 4/5 recommended!
Difficulty: 1/5
The only thing im not too found of is the invisible wall that kills the throw block on "Bait and Switch". Ill always say to rafrain from keeping things like this invisible as sometimes it can be a bit confusing/counter-intuitive. But its not really a big deal since the level is pretty short and easy.
Another thing that could be improved is the weird gfx that can appear on level "Death in Heaven" https://imgur.com/pjhG8ie
And of course, ive had some trouble running it on Bsnes (I dont know if its only me or if it affects other people who plays on bsnes core). Snes9x works great tho.
Difficulty: 1/5
*Lol.. typed this like one hour ago but forgot to submit
I removed part of your cheese.. you can still bring Yoshi out of that level it's just way harder now
But works on Snes9x.
Im not sure why this happens as Bsnes is often regarded as a very precise emulator. Im curious about how it plays on a real hardware.
* You monster removed my cheese =(
Ive tested it on both versions (with and without death counter).
Im using Bizhawk with Bsnes core at the moment.
Can anyone confirm if the level is broken? or its just on my end?!
or maybe im missing something?!
-The mole/saw is moving to the right after the first jump (i dunno why) and sometimes it moves the intended way to the left.
-In "the hungry earth" the koopa after the midway sometimes kills itself (the one with the blue shell if i remember)
-The first face of the bowser fight should get some changes with asm because with the time you cant reach him anymore (hes getting higher after every throwing phase i guess)
5/5 for this Work!
