I'm very impressed. The level looks very nice, and seems like something I'd like to play, which is really saying something considering I don't really like the level design and play style of the original game. It seems fun to explore, and is a setting that I don't think has been done before in a Mario game.
By the way, what was the music that you used? It sounds very familiar, and I think it was from Bomberman 64, but I don't recall what. Blue Harbor, perhaps?Current Projects: "Legend of Zelda: Balance of Power" (A Zelda Classic quest)
Thanks The music is "Blue Resort" from BM64. The music in the preview is only a mp3 but i will work on a m64 port for the release.
I even prefer all people reading this to stay in this thread because i will post new updates and previews here.
Do you think you could include some screenshots, you don't have to but I know a lot of people that skips over clicking on links so it might be in your best interest.
Your Bob-Omb Harbor level is awesome, I love your texture choices (though I'm not exactly a big fan of those windows which everyone seems to use) and your level itself looks really expansive. Good work

Sweet! I was aching to hear about your new SM64 hack, as I found the first one
to be even better than the official mario games(nothing wrong with them of course).
Hears hoping this one's even better.

I still hope it gets the same audience as SM Star Road by Skelux.
I am currently working on the next courses and my ASM skills :3
I think the next preview will come in the very beginning of next year.

Well your hack certainly looks polished enough. So times a little extra texture positing and planning before hand can go a long way with hacks.
The best hacks are made with all 6 stars in mind whist designing.
Your Bowser's Ice Mountain stage looks awesome BTW, I love the raising ice cold water in it.

! opps, you and skelux had similar names,
either way your hack look really polished as said before.
Looking forward to any of you videos that may pop up in my youtube subscription box.
I know I'm the odd one out but I love water levels(the atmosphere and relaxed nature) I hope you include one.
Have any idea's for any unorthodox stages like Tick Tock Clock from the original game or Mad Musical Mess from Star Road?

Yeah, there will be a toy slide and some other stuff. A rainbow palace and a big block land ( with ? blocks etc). i dont want to spoil much so...
I even work on my asm skills and some asm changes like a new cam and i maybe can get hidden stars working (like the star replicas in star road)My Channel - http://www.youtube.com/skilllux64
Your hack levels look very nice! =D
But "Bowser's Ice Mountain" level should have been a little bit darker, since it's Bowser level, not normal snowy level. =P
BTW I am looking forward to more levels from your hack. Are you planning to release a demo or you will release your hack when you will fully finish it?I no longer play Super Mario 64, nor even hack it.

Okay i think i will release first hub and a demo when the first hub and all levels on it are done. Maybe in april or a bit later. I will even put some random asm stuff in.My Channel - http://www.youtube.com/skilllux64
