I understand where you are coming from, but as NES Boy already said it's beneficial to do things in order - at least I won't have to worry to explain TSRP2's story in TSRP3, because that's what I can do here directly now. If I'd do this the other way around, I probably would need two versions for TSRP3 too, one to follow the original TSRP2 and one for the remake.
QuoteBesides, he's pretty much done with this remake. His first post just said all he has left is some "miscellaneous things to work on". Therefore, he should be working on TSRP3.
Unfortunetely this isn't quite true. That's what I've posted earlier about my current progress:
Originally posted by FPIRight now, I'm coming full circle, meaning that I'm back at work on Mario's Castle. Like Hotel Horror, there were a few things I skipped there, but there are also some other rooms here and there in the game I still need to do - they have mostly to do with providing environments for various NPC's, and I saved all that "Living Room"-stuff for last. So, anyway, that's the next thing on my list.
Meaning I'm still working on the levels, a little bit here, a little bit there. So, "Misc Stuff" is a bit misleading. After I'm done with that kind of "Misc Stuff", I still have a lot to do. So, the hack is far from finished. But I'll keep you posted...
