For some people.
I would fall on Egadd's point: It's actually really complicated to elaborate, as idea. Because, yes, that would decrease the number of shitty submission, but i don't know if people would then spam the forums because of this.
But it's pretty right what he said, when people submit obviously shitty submission, they just don't give a fuck. And they will never give it! There are few people who would want to improve for real, true (My first submission was a shit, really) but other people just come here for the sake of posting "super gollum world over 9000 super star edition v.0.6dick". those are people who don't care at all. And Egadd said it right about this. But mods try anyway. I think that would be good, but every idea (i mean EVERY) can have bad consequences: If we don't allow people posting submission before posting in forums, as said before, one would come to spam forums so he can have is own horrible submission. Then, if there is one inactive user who wants to submit a cool serious submission, mods would point in rules they avaiable to submit these for them. But what if everyone would spam the PMbox of mods? That would be unpleasant, totally! Pratically nothing would change. The only things i just miss are the sarcastic comments of mods (Like
The Kins used to) towards crappy lol submissions. But other than that, it would not change anything. Then we will see Kieran what wants to do: it's up to him. If he doesn't care, though, too bad.
So you (some) people, it's not the case to go against Egadd saying he says only bullshits, especially you more popular ones, because this makes you biased and seems you just want to raise your own ego instead of genuinely contradicting someone.
