Usually I don't get angry enough to explode at people, so I just calmly and disdainfully tell them to "go away." I don't tend to use that particular word; it's one of those two words I prefer not to say. It's too mainstream. If they decide not to leave then I'll probably get into a debate about how much of an idiot they are and why. There is a high probability of them leaving once you've logically deduced that they suck.
But I still don't have to do that a lot because I don't spend a lot of time around people I don't like.
