If you've seen the show, you know how this works, but here are the rules:
There are 26 cases, with 26 amounts of money from $0.01 to $1,000,000. However, you don't know what is in your case. At the start of a game, you pick a case. To find out what is in your case, you open the other cases, one at a time...whatever is in those cases is not in yours.
However, periodically throughout the game, you will receive offers from "the banker". He will offer you money in exchange for your case. If you don't eliminate the higher amounts from the possibility of being in your case, then the offer will be higher, but if you eliminate them, the offer will be lower (because the banker knows that you won't have a high amount in your case). You can either take his offer (deal) or turn it down (no deal). If you don't take any of the banker's offers, then you win what is in your case.
The object, of course, is to win as much as possible.

um... can I just say the contestant should pick all of his or her cases at once? Just to stem the already ridiculous amount of back-and-forth posting this thread is already going to have.
6, 13, and 19
Yeah, that's a good idea Tatrion. From now on, pick as many cases as it takes for a banker offer, and it will go faster.
Anyway:
Case 6 contains: $100
Case 13 contains: $1,000,000
Case 19 contains: $0.01
