Back to the composition line. I've made a desert themed song for Falconpunch's "Mario: Lost in the Forest" team hack. Here is the SPC. Hope you enjoy it!

And next month I'll come with another unsampled port. I just don't know if it can be DKC3 - Treetop Tumble or DKC3 - Cavern Caprice...

Also damn, having no internet sucks. I can't even hear any SPC's now...
MK2TDS
It's a shame such a nice track is going to go to .. that. I digress, however.

Very well made. It suits the desert atmosphere well and feels very athletic.

This is why we need people like you in our world. Though I noticed the panning is a bit different once it loops because of the changes in panning later. Might be something you want to fix.

The Pokey Battle song from Earthbound is really awesomely done, too. As for the rest of your ports, I don't know them, so I can't really comment.

Sounds good, bro.
Your layout has been removed.
Kirby 64 - Inside the Ruins

The tubular bell still bothers me, but someone insists it's on pitch. Oh well.

Here's something to laugh at, by the way.

I have the sudden urge to port something from Mickey's Magical Quest now. D:

This is the one song in Kirby 64 that I loathe to death, but your port of it is pretty good I guess. 0:31 sounds kind of rough, but eh.
@wa: sounds pretty epic. Although I don't know the original, it sounds a bit dissonant at some parts to me. Nice samples, though.

@Crispy: very nice. Again, I don't know the original, but sounds well done. I really like those little bell sounds (btw, the spc crashed without "Rewrite Echo Work Memory" disabled).

Dream Theater - The Dance of Eternity (ragtime solo)
(TXT download)

Just a little lulz port I made out of boredom (I'm pretty sure this is the first DT port :P). Not sure what could it fit, I'm pretty satisfied with the piano ADSR, though. If you're interested, check out the original here.
I'm one of the first to do a Deadmau5 port. It's just the intro of Strobe, since that's all that the MIDI gave me.

Jesus fuck, how are you doing these so quickly? O.o
I think a post layout goes here somewhere...
First off, I took the time to download all SPC sets from snesmusic, testing each for the N-SPC format and sorted them out. Took several hours to do that.

Secondly, knowing the velocity/duration pointers as well as the song index in those SPC files helps me even more to convert them properly.

Last not least, I'm using a program that converts those SPCs for me to .mid and .html (logging all notes, effects, etc).

From there I convert with tinymm, insert all commands, set instruments, etc. :)

Ah Darius Twin is one of them. I'm actually doing that OST with Masashi27 the hard way, listening to each song and porting them by ear :V. I personally enjoy doing it like that though, despite some songs putting me through hell (read, DKC songs). rofl

Here's a WIP I've been working on for a long time lol

You would not believe how much of a mess channel #3 is
I think a post layout goes here somewhere...

Most of the samples are really offkey as they sound notably different to the original. To be exact, the flute and the electric piano at the beginning of the song sound a bit off. Try altering the pitch by using the $EE command. Also, from 0:31 to 0:49, the crystal-ish instrument doesn't really sound accurate (It doesn't have to sound that accurate. It just doesn't sound right at the moment). The pitch bend at 0:34 is too high, so try lowering the value of $ZZ ($DD $XX $YY $ZZ). I think you should use #5 instead of #4, since #5 isn't occupied by any instruments, and I think it's advantageous to use because #5 doesn't get cutoff by SMW's SFX. The part where the trumpet comes in sounds excellent, though.

..but yeah, it is actually amazing that you can port a lot of songs in a short period of time.
Keep it up!
I don't think this port is good but i just need opinion and help with fitting it:
