Gamecube Games?

Is there anyone out there who still wishes Nintendo was still creating Gamecube games?
Is there anyone else who's glad they aren't?
Nixon's the one.
i still wish nintendo will still make new super nintendo games.

I preferred the N64 to the GCN, I liked the multiplayer games. Granted, the GCN is good on it's own, but I just liked the N64's collection better.

No. Technology and innovation needs to move on, experiment, and break new ground. However, if the Wii U fails you can probably look forward to a similar system to the Gamecube rising from its ashes.
No, the Gamecube is, at least, it's going to become a retro system. Scratch that, it IS a retro system. It's already been 10 years since the Gamecube was first released. It's time to move on. However, I do wish Nintendo would still make controllers like the Gamecube's controller. That controller is like, one of the best controllers ever made.

I must agree, this is the only controller that has never broken on me, 360's, PS2's, N64 (was the worst!), they all broke easily...

...though shoving a 9volt battery into a 360 controller isn't exactly intended....
On the subject of N64 controllers, did any game use the left setup? Were the Pokemon Staduims the only games to use the "home" setup?
Let's milk Sunny Milk. Then she'll have enough money to fund Sunny Milk Real Estate.

I kind of wish they gave the Gamecube more attention. It's my favourite Nintendo console.
^

Kinda peaved that they are still trying to redeem motion controlls as an actual controller and not just a way to test out new gimmicks for consoles.

^Agreed

Too many Wii games are made horrible because of motion controls. My favorites were the ones that used minimal motion control if any.
I don't understand why there was mo much hate for the Gamecube. I loved that console and I still play the games on my Wii. It sucks that the Wii U won't be compatible with them though. :(

The problem was also the rip off prices that were being charged for these games. I mean Mario Party 7 for £35 two years after it came out. WTF?!
I wish Gamecube games were still being made as of today. Yes, that was one of the few controllers I didn't break. Wait, the Wii U doesn't support Gamecube? Will it support Wii games?

Yes.
Gamecube was cool and all, but it's game library wasn't really as varied as the Xbox's and PS2's at the time. Apart from the Nintendo, Capcom, and occasional Sega rerelease games I can't think of anything else that really stands out.

To be fair though, my Gamecube console stands above my Xbox 360 to this day with four controllers and a copy of Super Smash Brothers Melee.
Gamecube games were Awesome. The compatibility with the gameboy was Awesome. And it is the only console that exists that I am aware of that has some games that require a gameboy to play.
But what is a Wii U?
I'm sorry, I'm a bit confused here...

I wish I still had the disk to that Gameboy game player for my Gamecube. Then I chould do LPs of my GB games aswell, without worrying about having to position everything in the perfect position so I can play and record.

Also, the Wii U is, from my understanding, basically a Wii portable, mabye with some touch screen action.
Jujubes!¡!¡!

Touch screen action, yes. Portable? No.

I really liked the Gamecube, but there wouldn't be much difference between a Gamecube game and a Wii game with no motion controls. I'd say stick with making games for the Wii, but with the Wii U coming I think it's time to move on to the next platform.

Where have you been, man?
Anyways, I suppose Gamecube was good, but it's really not worth it to make more games for it. It was the most unsuccessful system of the time, so yeah. Come to think of it, it was the most powerful, too. PS3 is focused on power, and it's also the most unsuccessful. I notice a trend.

Anyways, I've got quite a few GCN games I need to play because I missed out on them when they came out, so yeah.
I still play Gamecube games on my GAMECUBE, so yes, I would like more new games. Or at least an easier way to get classic Gamecube games I never got.
