Welcome back, Kadyastar. Enjoy causing havoc whatsoever. :P

Anyways, i'm going back home tomorrow after spending a few weeks at my cousin's house. That sure was both fun and a bit annoying sometimes as there's a bit of crowd here. But yeah, i quite enjoyed my stay.
Welcome back to staff, Kadyastar!

I've never really stayed at anyone's house where it's been crowded. I guess generally fewer people live in houses together here.Free counters!
Of course my mother blames me when she had problems with the printer. I never even use it on summer break.

anyways oh noes havoc D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:
Good fucking bye.
I'm done with highschool. I have nothing else to do but wait for the prom.

yay
i just lurk sometimes
So, yesterday was an exhausting day. We moved everything from the old apartment to the new one. You're probably thinking it sounds somewhat easy, but it's not. We had very few people to help us move, and it didn't help that we had to bring all of our stuff to the 8th floor. Sure, we had the freight elevator to use, but it was still hard. Speaking of the freight elevator, I have a story I'm sure you guys will laugh at.

So, here's how the freight elevator works. To put all your stuff in the elevator, you use a key to keep the door open. When you turn the key to the right, it stops everything the elevator does. So, once there was a bunch of stuff in the elevator, I got on by myself, took out the key, and pressed the button to go to the 8th floor. However, before the door opened, I turned the key to the right. The doors were closed and wouldn't open. So, I started freaking out. For some reason, the elevator attempted to move down to the 1st floor, and the doors still wouldn't open. I was in-between floors. I started freaking out by screaming "HELP" and banging on the door. Then I noticed a button that said "Emergency Bell". I pushed it, and a bell went off. I pushed it again, this time holding it, and the bell kept ringing. Then I heard my mom, who was asking what was going on. Apparently I was making so much noise you could hear me from the 8th floor. I told her I was trapped in the elevator. She told me to calm down, but I was still panicking. Someone must've pressed the elevator button from the 6th floor, because the elevator started moving and that's where I wound up. I was out of the elevator, but I saw no one. My mom was still yelling for me so I told her I was on the 6th floor, and she came and took the elevator up.

Yeah. I'm not getting back on that elevator ever again.
@neutron- that's cool. There is no prom in the UK, though...

I have still one more year to go, though. I'm still in year 10.

hoooooooooooly carp I would have probably died; One of my biggest fears is being trapped in an elevator :<
I hate having to climb stairs that are really big. I hate it when in school I have to go up and down frequently. Why did they have to put the 7th grade wing up stairs?
Edit: I'm glad most of my classes are in a good position on my schedule I won't be up and down every period.
I'm not clausterphobic and I don't get scared in elevators, however I do start to panic when I feel restriction. For example, if I were stuffed into a plastic tub, I would start to get overly anxious because of my restricted movement.
I've realized this was outdated.
I don't feel scared at all when in an elevator, because usually they're designed as not to malfunction or anything so the chances of getting trapped inside one is very small.Free counters!
I wouldn't mind being stuck in an elevator too much, seeing as how, even though sometimes I might not seem like it, I can actually stay in one place for a long time without freaking out... Most of the time.
Good fucking bye.
I got trapped in an elevator when i was about 6. we were in a nursing home going to see my grandpa when I t got stuck between the 3rd and second floors. we were stuck for about 1/2 hour, we pressed the alarm button and the emergencey button and nothing happened. Somone finally literally opened the door with a CROWBAR and we climbed out onto the 3rd floor.

It was not fun. AT ALL.
You, what do you own the world? How do you own disorder, disorder?
Now, somewhere between the sacred silence, sacred silence and sleep.

Disorder, disorder, disorder.

Elevators, oooh boy do I hate them. I have claustrophobia, but it's not major in some cases, it's just when it's dark, cramped and I have poor sight outside, like a lift, that I start freaking out. Anywhere with no windows really is when I get scared, as I feel there is 'no escape'. Hell I was in a hospital toilet with no window and I couldn't unlock the door. I ended up nearly having to use the toilet again. -_-

But yeah, elevators are a lot worse, especially when the suddenly stop...

I think I'd be okay if the elevator got stuck, hopefully I'd have something on hand like my DS to keep me from getting bored. If I didn't I might panic or fall asleep from waiting. I'd probably freak out though if the elevator stopped in a building that has maybe 10+ floors. It nearly happened once at the 38th or so floor at my grandma's apartment building, luckily it was just the elevator taking a long time to open the doors.

Oh, i remember a time i almost got lost because i played around in an elevator with my cousin when i was young. It wasn't much of a trouble since my uncle picked us up after a few seconds. Anyways, i don't find elevator woes scary that much. I guess i'll just be a bit concerned in having to wait for a long time before someone would come to help.
If I got stuck in an elevator, I wouldn't care too much if I had something to do. (Ipod, DS, Gameboy, etc.) I would be panicky at first though, and really panicky if I did have nothing to do. If they haven't fixed the elevator by several hours, though, I would be scared since I would get the feeling of being stuck there forever.

Also, I've been thinking of changing my layout and (hopefully) username since I'm getting sick of seeing all those numbers next to my username. I was thinking of something along the lines of Dan Backslide from the Chuck Jones cartoon "The Dover Boys".

Edit: Just made the icon.

Ignoring the watermark, I'm actually surprised I managed to make a gif that easy. Now I just need to find something that will resize the image into 100x100 so it can become an icon.
Anyone played Phoenix Wright, Ace Attorney? Elevators getting stuck was in that. I don't think we could say how we would react in that situation as there are too many variables to consider. Being trapped in an enclosed space with total strangers for several hours and possibly low oxygen levels. An unpredictable situation.
Never got stuck in the elevator, because i rarely need to take an elevator.
i just lurk sometimes
I've been stuck in an elevator before. It wasn't that frightening, honestly.

I would be much more afraid of being stuck in a free-falling elevator. That, or having the doors crush one of my body parts.
