Grinding negative karma

You should all know the ropes, but in case you don't, here's a nice guide for maxing your karma.

First things first: Yes, it takes a lot of time to get the max score negative karma, if I'm right, it takes about an hour and a half, depending on your processor speed(browser refreshing time) and internet connection(connecting to the server).

1. Find the justice button. Press it(preferably on one of your own posts)
2. Hold F5 for a long time. Your karma should rapidly decrease.
3. Wait. Alternatively, you could construct something that makes the F5 button held down(some keyboards are worse to do this on than others!)
4. Profit.

Some may ask themselves(or me) if this is needed. Maybe not, but here you go.

I did this today for about 15 to 30 minutes, but my Karma only went down by about 60. I think it just suddenly stopped increasing.

Rapid CTRL-clicking works better for me, especially since I can just do 'close other tabs' and get rid of all the 'this is a legitimate post shayme' things.
F5's just a bit too slow and unreliable for me.

I did this for a little over 20 minutes over dinner, and my karma went down by 17.

This really isn't reliable enough.
