Death Counter for SMWCP

This patch will add a death counter above the coin counter on the status bar. Now you can have an actual number when you complain about how many times you've died on football canyon! I made this for myself but someone else might want to use it.

How to patch: Patch the SMWCP v1.5 ips file to your unmodified SMW rom. Patch the downloaded file to the new SMWCP rom with xkas v6. That's all! No free space required.
Notes: There is only 1 counter. If you want to reset the counter, you have delete the srm file. The counter only goes up to 50,000. The counter has a 'weird' palette which I won't bother fixing.

It's not really terrible or anything if you know the level or have played Cave Story, but basically unfamiliarity will cost anyone a life or two there at the least.

- higher-tier enemies are used in the beginning (Puntin' and Pitchin' Chucks, specifically).
- the main cave portion of the level uses enemies that come from another game, and they're honestly quite "advanced" for a game like Super Mario World.
- the level is not a straight shot from start to finish. It incorporates several puzzles and is quite lengthy.
- the secret exit requires the player to solve a puzzle (that is actually pretty easy in the grand scheme of things) and interact with some updrafts that are not very intuitive in how to get by them.

Yeah, that pretty much sums it up. The level's fine, but it woulda' been better in a later world, is all.
the updraft thing is pretty bullshit though, since the only time you experience it is over a pit. That's litteraly the only place, and it's super nonintuitive what you're expected to do.
seems pretty funky, might use this in my new hack ill be making.
I died almost 500 times with a death counter but save-states made it 300
:P

Yea I guess I didn't think of that this may not be clear because I made them and I kinda thought it's self-explanatory.
Also I originally had a section of like 2 screens with updraft all over the screen planned but I forgot what happened to it.
It either got cut out by SNN or I actually cut it out myself and forgot about it afterwards.
