That was the best dream ever.

Oh man. I will never have a dream as good as that, and it was all thanks to lucidity.

For those of you who don't know what that means, a lucid dream is a dream in which you know you're dreaming. (those of you who were confused by Inception may not want to read on.) Once you know you're dreaming, you can control it. It takes practice to be the master of it, but your first time you can do some simple things. Allow me to describe my dream in great detail.

Okay, the earliest thing I can remember is looking at the clock in real life. It was 8:30 (I don't have school today), so I went back to sleep. In the dream, I was golfing with a whole bunch of people. My family vs. my neighbor's family, who just happen to have a hot 16-year-old girl. Well she hit a ball in the woods, and we went to get it, and for some reason her and her mom were sharing a shirt. I wasn't controlling it at this point, so don't ask me why. Well anyway, she separated from her mother, leaving her in a bra.

She went into this campground to get the ball, and I followed her. I kind of figured it was a dream, so I felt her up. |-O She said she felt close to me, and I said it didn't count unless skin was touching... Short story short, I fucked her. We were sitting down, and she sucked my cock, gave me a handjob, and fucked me again.

At school the next day, which we were suddenly at, her mom came and she knew about what we did. So she sat down with "the hottest guy there", according to the girl, and started flirting with him. They got in an argument and I walked through the window to get out, realizing I was no longer a virgin. That's when I realized it was a dream.

Now, I've realized that before, but never before did I remember I could control dreams. At first I was sad because it wasn't real, but then I realized, as long as I stay in the dream, I can do whatever I want, including that girl. So I did the most basic thing I could think of; I swiped my arm across the sky to change it. It got later in the day, a dusk-like tint to the sky. The ground also changed, however, and now it looked like fall.

I tried changing where I was, but it didn't work. I had to walk to my house, after trying and failing to materialize some tacos (I was hungry). I got in and no one was there, so I sat down on my bed and materialized the hottest porn ever (materializing people didn't work). I fapped, but not to orgasm since I was worried what would happen in my actual bed. Then I remembered what I said I would do if I ever had a lucid dream.

I like this girl. A Windows 7 background made me think of a night where we sit on the beach, watching the stars, her head on my chest, talking about everything, all the while hearing the gentle crash of waves on the rocks (I put that in Google and got poetry results so that's pretty awesome). So I punched out the windows in my house, knowing I would feel no pain and I've always wanted to do that, then I made the windows appear again and I kicked them out. I jumped from my 8-foot patio and hit the ground running to the beach across from my house.

When I got there, I sat on a rock and made it night. When it got the perfect time (not quite dark, the sky has that blue hue), I materialized the girl. To my surprise and delight, it worked. I "programmed" her to say what I thought she'd say, and we talked, watching the stars. For some reason in the dream though, I was playing Tetris. (Dream Tetris is a lot better, since you actually get I-blocks when you need them).

I went back to my house and thought I woke up. My computer was open with gay porn (I could only assume I'd done it in my sleep). Someone was watching me and I was really embarrassed. Then I woke up for real.

9:00. My first thought? "Oh my God, my mind made that gay porn. I need help." Second? "Holy shit, only a half hour passed." Third? "FUCK SHIT FUCK SHIT THAT WAS A DREAM." Fourth? "I need to tell Mom about this." And I did.

I hope I have a lucid dream every night now. That was awesome. I wish I was back in it. Damn.

Do you have questions about this lucid dream or lucidity in general, or do you have lucid tales of your own? Or even have a story about a really good dream? Post away!
This is completely serious:

The other night, I had a dream that my friend Troy and I were at St. Louis Bread Company (i.e. Panera). A man ran up to Troy and smacked him with his dick and yelled "Fire Penis!" while I simultaneously noticed "Fire Penis" being one of the items on the menu. It was so absurd that I started laughing in my dream, and then I started literally laughing out loud so hard that it woke me up.

When I told Troy about it, he said, "How funny would that be if fire penis became a 'hot new item?'"

that sounds awesome. i've realised quite often when dreaming that i'm doing just that, but i never think to try and modify, because i wake up too soon after. next time i realise i'm in a dream, i'll try and control it.
I've controlled my own dreams a few times, but your experiences with dream controlling are... Amazing. I'd love to be able to control my dreams.

(But you should really go to a psychologist about that gay porn, and hope that your "neighbor love" doesn't see this, EVER.)
The only lucid dream i've had was kinda apocalyptic, and implied watching tv and going with my family to a safe place.

Lucky >_>
i just lurk sometimes
I've always wanted to have a lucid dream, but I've read that it may be easy to lose control over them. Or not wake up. I don't know, it was just a rumor.
Then there's the "bad trips", which you get from using various drugs. Supposedly, it's a nightmare which you can't wake up from... another reason to keep away from narcotics.

I don't think I've had a lucid dream, ever. It would have been awesome to have one, though.

Well it wasn't so much gay porn as... really traumatizing drag queens. Anyway.

GN, I think what you're talking about is sleep paralysis. It's when you wake up and can't move, then see things try to hurt you or other creepy things. Supposedly, wiggling your toes helps you get out of it. I've never had it though.
Sure your dream was good, congrats. I don't need Lucid Dreams though. {B)

I myself have never had a Lucid dream, well I have, but I could never control what I was doing.
Yay for having a dream once in two months on average.
Lucid dreams, I only had one. I deliberately jumped off a high plateau floating about 4 km. above the earth surface, just to see how it would feel like to land. The closer I got to the ground, the slower I seemed to fall, and in the end I made myself fall in a river very slowly and survive.

Other than that one dream (got this one about a year ago) I can barely control dreams at all. Same goes for the erotic ones, which means they often end up being something surreal or strange (but not always).

But yeah, I rarely dream/remember dreams to begin with.

I also have to say some stuff to help lucid dream.

Activating lucid dreams is realizing it is a dream. Easiest way to do this: try to remember something that is on your person. Such as, your clothes usually change in your dreams. So remember what your wearing in life.

Another is called the Sticker Method. All you gotta do is put a sticker on your hand and try to remember its there. It probably won't be there in your dreams, so theres your ticket to the gun show.

I attempted to lucid dream before, and got it. But the problem was: I wasn't in total control. I could control my movements, but I tried to change where I was, but nothing.

Lucid dreaming could be dangerous if you can't get full control. If you fall, you could find yourself on the floor.

it seems you get awesome dreams once or mabe even twice a year. but lucid dreams happen every two or three years.

I have lots of semi-lucid dreams. Most of the time when I have them I just walk around exploring and let my dreams create themselves. It kind of reminds me of Yume Nikki, just not quite as strange.

What the hell? Why would you tell your mom about those dirty, dirty thoughts of yours.

Um, yeah, any tips for lucid dreams? Like, having them? I've never had them, but I've tried. Not for all the really dirty stuff you posted, although that's a bonus.

Well, a good method is to do reality checks. Things like pushing your finger through your hand or breathing with your nose plugged. If you do these things in real life, you'll do them in your dreams, when it works in your dream, then you know.

Heh, this always used to happen to me. I found that not thinking about that helped. Like "Okay it's a dream, now I need to get my mind off that fact." It worked for me.
I think your lucid dream is very..... dirty.
Are you 17+?

Doubt it, knowing what teenagers have on their minds these days...

I think I've only had 1 lucid dream, can't remember what happened in it though. I never have "dirty" dreams though, that'd be because I don't care about sexual crap like the majority of teenagers these days (sorry if this offends anyone, tell me and I'll delete it)Free counters!
Unfortunately... no. Hell, I don't even dream, or at least, not very often, so when I do dream, I am so surprised by it, that I don't think to control it. Hmm... I wonder if there are ways to guarantee that you will have a dream... hmm...

*Google*
I remember my best dream ever a couple of nights ago when I was a hockey player and my team was down 3-0 with five minutes left in the third and final period. We're the home team wearing blue, and the away team wearing white.

I, wearing the "C", told my teammates, "Anything can happen. All that matters is consistency."

So the puck dropped, and the defenceman passed the puck to me, and then I tried to clear the puck from center ice, but it sailed into the net.

So the score was 3-1 with less than five minutes. Now with less than three minutes left, me and another player, which is a hot 19-year-old girl, are on a 2-on-1 break, so she deked, we both skated around the net, made a pass to me and I one-timed it into the net.

Only one more goal until an extra period. With less than a minute to go, our goalie was pulled for an extra skater, leaving an empty net on our side. Face-off was on the opposing team's side.

My coach, who is smoking a cigar told me to do a "play-action". And I was saying, "WHAT!?"

Coach called a timeout, and my team was going over what he said. "Play action". I told the coach he was watching to much fucking football on his off-time. I got out of the bunch and back to the faceoff circle.

So the puck dropped, and I faked a pass to a defenceman and then I skated towards the goal with the puck and made a wrist-shot past the goalie for the hat-trick!

Hats come flying towards me as the game was tied with a half-second lead.

The faceoff after the goal was the white team's way. They were trying to score a goal to win with less than twenty seconds left. However, I stole the puck from the defenceman from the opposing team. The clock is ticking...5...4...3...2...1...I got knocked over on the breakaway!

That's a penalty shot for me! No time left! If I miss this shot, it's overtime. If I make it, I'm a hero forever.

Here I go, it's only me and the goalkeeper. Skating down the ice, double-deking and made the shot. That puck hit the crossbar and crossed the goal line.

I was pumped with victory. I skated off the ice, and down the hallway leading to the locker rooms.

This was "one shining moment" to remember.
