Do you like this rom?

Standard

Hi to everybody.. I would want one opinion of yours on this rom.
Simply to tell me if you like or no, without offending:)...
The rom has around 22 patches.. 70% it has the graphics taken by the smb3 NES..
the remainder 30% graphics background exclusively taken by games of the nes.
The black in some cases and a dark red to create the effect to be to a classical game of the nintendo 8BIT.The purpose of this rom and that to make a rom of the nes.Unfortunately I have found difficult to insert some things :
The SFXs of the smb3 nes, gravitates that it was in the smb3, some particular one. excused for the quality of the photos

Wow, this looks pretty consistent. Nice job there! For a minute I thought this was smb3. :P

Well the screens look pretty good so far, I dont see anything wrong with them.
There are here other levels.. sull ow map not fact some patches.. the animations of the hills are there and other animations without putting some patches.. the graphics and all drawn with yy-chr founding myself on the smb3 nes. I have used a lot of translhextion

This is really good, actually the first NES SMB3 SMW hack I've seen! Great work!
Hard to believe that is is an SMW hack.
It looks so much like a NES game! #w{O.O}

Oh, and instead of using a camera to take pictures, press F1 in ZSNES and choose "Save Snapshot." Set the image format to .PNG. The pics will be saved in the folder as "<hackname>xxx.png" where xxx is a number.

One more thing:

There's some very slight cutoff where the hill connects to the platform.
Wow, i thought it was a SMB3 NES Hack at first. It looks really good.
This is pretty damn awesome. This really-really looks like an SMB3 NES hack, there's almost no difference between them. I can't wait to try this in the future, very impressive work!
As all the others have said, I really thought this was a SMB3 NES hack as well. But then when I saw the status bar, I noticed it was SMW.

If you tried to make it look like SMB3 NES, then you have achieved your goal. I don't know how long it took you to get it almost the exact same as in the real game, but nevertheless it looks really neat so far.

You should try and insert SMB3 NES samples, try to see what you can do with it.
O_O I don't believed to be the first one.. I had seen another boy that tried but lost the rom.
The only things that one understands that not and a game NES are:
-the sfxes - Status bar - the gravity.
it would be almost a game of the nes, even if not perfect.

I thank Koyoki that has had patience to explain me some things that result even more difficult for me that I don't know well the English:), With so much patience I have redrawn the grafichees I have learned looking at the video on youtube..
I will try to improve even more the rom
If you have suggestions to tell me him I accept

You still excuse for my English :)
Wow that looks amazing. It replicates Super Mario Bros. 3 for the NES very close to perfect. Great Job!
8 Trials Await (2010) lol|
WOW! It look similary to SMB3 NES! Impressive!

The only thing that isn't SMB3 is the status bar but not a big of a issue because at first, I thinked it was SMB3 but when I looked closely, it's SMW! Awesome.

It's NES graphics, who cares about slight cutoff? Do you play through SMB3 NES just to look for cutoffs too?
The graphics look really awesome though, and I'm definitely looking forward to it since the site is really lacking good NES style hacks.
This looks very good! It would be very cool if this has NES samples. Looks like it has good level design, too.:D

Good point. #w{=3}
Oh my, I was not expecting THIS, that's for sure! anyway, looks pretty nice, although some palletes could be improved a bit. for instance, I saw a couple of pipes have bad shine color. I haven't played SMB3 nes for a while, but I'm pretty sure they didn't have that.
and by the way, about cutoff, it's your choice, but maybe try to fix some cutoff. let's just say the bandwagon excuse isn't the greatest.

Tower of Disarray

5/?? levels done
