Yeah, just claiming
59 Turn block bridge, horizontal and vertical.
and
5A Turn block bridge, horizontal.
They are already finished, but it's too late to submit them now.

Done.

Might as well claim sprite A3, the rotating gray platform, as well, since it shares just about all of its code with the ball 'n chain.

Nice work, guys. It's nice to see renewed interest in this project. Having more easy-to-read and commented sprite data really helps people like myself out. Thanks for all the work you're doing!

[?] Miscellaneous Helpful Hints
If I moderated your hack, there was apparently a 90 percent chance it was rejected.
I would like to claim Surface jumping fish - Sprite 18.

There we go~

Next, I'd like to try disassembling the shelless Koopas, sprites 00-03. I know that this is two more than is allowed according to the rules in the first post, but given how they all share the same code, it seems kind of ridiculous to claim two of them but not the other two.

I love you.

Good luck with disassembling the shell-less Koopas, though...I tried disassembling some of the other Koopas, and it was horrendous.

That was really all I had to say, but while I'm here, I'll claim sprites 1A and 2A, the Classic Piranha Plants. Maybe I'll even expand the disassembly into a sprite that can act like any Piranha Plant or Venus Fire Trap via extra property bytes.

You already have 1 sprite claimed so I only updated sprite 1A.
My blog. I could post stuff now and then

My Assembly for the SNES tutorial (it's actually finished now!)
I claim the mushroom scale platforms. :P

Download

Main reason I even disassembled them were SMB styled platforms (which are inside them as well, if the RAM address for it is set.)

Oh? I canceled my claims to sprite 49 long ago.

By the way, how strictly should we follow SMW's original code? For example, the Piranha Plant sprites don't have their own GFX routine, so I was just going to write my own, but I was also going to use Romi's "cover-up tile" method to make the sprite not show up when in a pipe instead of changing the priority, which SMW obviously didn't do. (SMB3 did, but...)

Alright, then I updated the list. I've released some sprites too while I was at it, due to them being claimed for too long.

If you cannot trace the graphics routine, then write your own.

But keep in mind that the results should act exactly the same as the original one. They're called disassemblies for a reason.
