so I used the sm64 patch which adds the sm64 health and it gives you a gfx28.bin file. I've tried replacing the original, leaving it in the hacks folder, but it eather messes up the graphics and pallet or the regular graphics mess it up. edit : lvl up | Tower of Disarray 5/?? levels done -HAHA Oh jeez- |

Did you put the GFX folder in the Graphics folder?
You need to name it GFX28.bin, and put it in a folder named Graphics in your hack's folder. You might already have said folder. Then try it.

You need to click the green mushroom in LM, then use the Super GFX Bypass and select the file you need from one of the lists.
Wait what? which one do I change, and it's to 28 right? | Tower of Disarray 5/?? levels done -HAHA Oh jeez- |

Wait... you're using regular GFX. So forget the Super GFX Bypass thing.
When you put GFX28.bin in Graphics (both of those names are case sensitive), all the other GFX files are there, right? If not, you need to go into LM and go to Options. Make sure Use Joined GFX Files is unchecked, and click the red mushroom. Not the poison one, but the regular one. Anyway, now copy GFX28.bin to Graphics and make sure you replace the original one. Now in LM, click the green mushroom.

Right, the SM64 health bar uses title screen graphics. Did you apply the ASM that came with the .bin?
If you mean the main patch (and that was the only one that came with it) then yes. I'll try it again on a new rom EDIT : nope didn't work. | Tower of Disarray 5/?? levels done -HAHA Oh jeez- |

Well, this thread does a pretty good job of explaining what to do, especially that video. Except you don't need that Xkas Simple, just regular Xkas.
As far as I know, the title screen border and some other stuff are supposed to glitch out when you apply that patch. After all, the new health circle graphics have to overwrite something. Just delete the glitched tiles.
