Adding/Changing Overworld Tiles

So I'm trying to create a sort of beach landscape in a portion of my overworld. Problem is, there are no southward land faces touching water that aren't cliff tiles by default. Is there an option or tool for changing or adding new 8x8 tiles for the overworld?
Well, no, you can't really add any new ones, but you could change existing tiles. All you need is YY-CHR; that will allow you to edit the graphics in the game. The files you want to look at are 1C, 1D, 08, and 1E. You can also use ExGFX if necessary; just remember that tile 122 in the third graphics file used should always be blank. In fact, you can select each graphics file individually for each submap. Actually, though, if the tile you want is just like an existing one but upside-down, just click on the "upside-down" one in the 8x8 tile editor and check the "Flip Y" box.

I'm working on a hack! Check it out here. Progress: 64/95 levels.
Well, at least I've got a decent-looking beach now. Thanks.
