In our quest for legible posts, we are now placing a limitation on what fonts you are allowed to use in your layout. The list of allowed fonts will probably never be complete, because we will always be adding new fonts to it.
As of now, you will have to inquire about using a font that is not on the list. If we find it acceptable, it will be added. Users may also request having fonts removed from the list if they find a situation where the font in question is hard to read. You may use this thread for inquiries.
Furthermore, please always specify the generic font family sans-serif as the last entry in your font list to ensure that your text is legible on systems that do not have the preferred font available. Please refer to the Wikipedia article for information on the use of the font-family CSS property.
All monospaced fonts, such as Courier New, are disallowed.
Note that these are not limitations on what fonts you can use in your individual posts.
