Patch Help

Hello. I'm trying to add a patch to my rom hack, but I don't know how to. I know it sounds like a silly question, but how do I add a patch to my rom hack? I already looked in the F.A.Q. and I couldn't find it unless I just missed it. The one I'm trying to add is the "No Sprite Tile Limit" patch. Thanks in advance!
You use Xkas, in the Tools section.
make sure to use the GUI version

You say that...why? GUI is easier, but not as good as regular xkas. GUI is in no way necessary. It's not like the other versions don't work.

But notice, this guy seems like a total newbie. I doubt they could figure out the regular version

True, but you don't know how smart some people are. Many hackers start adding custom stuff before making any levels.

Also, you should additionally get Free Space Logger to find freespace for patches. (I've heard GUI has a freespace finding option, but I've never actually tried GUI, so I wouldn't know)

the regular version is insanely easy to use, infact, you can rely on making a batch file which says
xkas "patchname".asm "romname".smc
@pause and change it whenever you wanna insert or jut ue the as.bat included in the original xkas and constantly rename the patches to test.asm to insert

edit: ._. i hate it when ninji alert doesnt happen
Xkas GUI is compatable with all xkas patches.

There's an Xkas Tutorial in the "Tutorial" section of the forums.

Who knows when I'll have
something to put here.
