Do you Like or Dislike storms?

I usually enjoy storms because I like watching lightning but tornadic or very severe storms with very high winds (even windy days), then it scares me. One day (not a storm), it was a windy day. The winds all day were 40 to 50 MPH but then there was a gust that lasted for about 15 seconds with 75-80MPH wind. It was loud, scary, and ripped concrete blocks off of a building.

One example of a scary day:

This is not my video, this guy just did one showing a storm that hit where I live (eastern Tennessee) that was VERY scary! Basically, it was a line of tornadoes.

I obviously don't like tornado type storms, but i like light rain and some thunder/lightning. I find it relaxing.

Who knows when I'll have
something to put here.

I like storms a lot, really, or just when it's raining. There's something that makes me feel safe and cozy when I'm in a warm house and it's thundering and raining all around it. :)

I completely agree with you. Rain and thunder is relaxing but not when it is major like that line of tornado tennessee tornado outbreak day.
If the power doesn't go out, then I love thunderstorms. Also, heavy rainstorms seem to make me feel good.
i like storms a lot idk why :)

I liek storms. Its cool to just sit by my window looking at the wet roads and gray skies.

Pretty much.
I love it at night, when I'm in bed, it makes everything so soothing and cozy.
Rain and some wind are fine, but once the other storm factors kick in (lightning, thunder, high wind, etc.), forget it. So, yeah, not a fan of big storms.

Also, in my opinion, darkness + lightning/thunder = fear. #w{:<}

I'm probably retired tbh
It depends on the storm for me, I live in California so I don't get to see too many thunderstorms and all that junk so when it even rains here everyone is like HELL YES! A light rain is basically considered a "storm" since it rarely rains here in San Diego. So these so-called "storms" I do like, I don't know for sure if I'd like a supercell storm or snowstorm.
I think a post layout goes here somewhere...
Absolutely nothing beats the sensation of hearing rain lightly pouring onto your roof while you're trying to go to sleep in your warm bed. <3

I couldn't agree more. Now if it would rain, maybe I could get some sleep...

Oh god yes, I love that feeling. That is why I like storms.

This is really true. The feeling is pretty much orgasmic.

I myself don't like thunderstorms as much as light rain or a snowstorm.

I agree here. Just as long is there is no high wind. Thunder and Lightning I am fine with, it is tornadic and high wind storms that scare me. #w{=(}
I like watching storms if I'm inside. But outside it's very bad - mainly if I don't have a raincoat.
I like the noise my windows make when they're rattling so much you expect them to get pushed out of the wall.

Strong winds are awesome.
I like & dislike storms. I've NEVER been in a hurricane before...
But, I know what it is like inside cuz i read books about hurricanes.
Storms are skary to some, but some people have the bravery to go out in storms.... AND I'M IN THE STORMS ARE SCARY TO SOME CAMP!!!

I've been in a couple of tropical storms and Katrina but they weaken to light rain and 30-50MPH wind by time it usually hits Tennessee if it even does. I have been in tornadic supercell thunderstorms which very scary, espically (from the video I posted at the top) when you are under a tornado warning for 2 HOURS!
