AddMusic can't open txt file

Here's a video I found that explains the problem. It says couldn't open "musicname.txt" even though everything in the INI is correct.

Well, thears your problem. You're putting in the path to the file! You're only supposed to type in "AddMusic.exe [insert rom name here].smc", not the whole path!

Also, don't INIT your ROM more than once. After that, just start using the LEVEL/OW/MISC.
And you don't have to use the LEVEL/OW/MISC things if you're inserting all the types of music.

EDIT: Also, just noticed, cmd.exe has to be in the SAME folder as your ROM and AddMusic.
EDITAGAIN: ...And also just noticed your command prompt has a .bat at the end. Why?

I wasn't putting the path to the file, only the person in the video was.
Here's what I did:
AddMusic.exe SMW.smc INIT
In the INI, put the songs in the correct slots. "Songname.txt"
then back to the command line
AddMusic.exe SMW.smc LEVEL
It couldn't open ANY of the txt files!

Are you using the correct command prompt? C:/System32/cmd.exe?

Who knows when I'll have
something to put here.

1. Is the "LEVEL" folder in all caps?
2. Are all the files in that folder, and not in subfolders?
3. Did you place cmd.exe in the same folder as AddMusic.exe and your ROM?
4. Did you INIT more than once?
5. Do you have the right numbers in AddMusic.ini (I'm not talking about the text files, I'm talking about the numbers next to them)?

Yes, yes, yes, no, and yes. Everything is correct.

Hmm... I have no idea what could be wrong. Try redownloading Romi's AddMusic, and see if it works.

If that doesn't work, you may have to try porting everything in to a new ROM.

Never mind that, it's fixed! I wasn't supposed to include .TXT at the end of the file name for the file its'self.
