Overworld's Garbled Events -SOLVED-

I forgot about the picture being already posted,anyway,I've done that already,and w/ that being said,it must've NOT have had something to do w/ the recording ASM.

EDIT: Note how this is the same hack that's not allowing me to insert the custom song,so maybe someone could look into that.

You didn't answer if they replaced Layer 2 Event Tiles.

Hmmm...the only I've ever seen cause this is the Title Screen Recording ASM. Does it happen with any other events?
I honestly can't say,but if I remove the 2nd level of my world 2 temporally (or w/e),I can check,I'll get on that.

EDIT: After looking at the 2nd level of my world 2's layer 2 paths,I think I may have found the source of it's inaccessability (If that's a word),I noticed it's path apparently involved the paths of 2 different events,so I'll test it again and see what happens,suspencefully.

My world 1 has pretty basic events,but I guess world 2's events got a little "Out of Line".

EDIT#2: Ughh....the entire future path is messed up...and if you go in the pipe and go back,the path is messed up even worse!
Indeed,the 2nd level worked!
I had to move Mario (Like in game,w/ the arrows and such) to show the whole event.

Does "Oh no" mean yes or no? Well, try re-recording the title screen.
Notice the comma between "Ohh" and "no",anyway,that didn't work.

This is getting quite vexatious,and usually these events happen only when I did my switch palaces,but even if I didn't do them,it would still happen.

Are you using dynamic sprites? The old version of dsx.asm occasionally overwrites the Layer 2 event tilemaps and causes garbage like that.

If you don't save after changing the graphics used for the submap, it can cause glitches like that to happen.

I will even nice to give you tutorial. In overworld.

1. Press CTRL+U, and then OK.
2. Press Music Change button, and then OK.
3. Save
4. Play and remove all saves from game (Mario A, etc.). SAVESTATES ALSO!
5. Have fun!

Well,if you'll look closely at the images,you'll see the black path starts at the 2md level,which has dynamic sprites.

NOTE: Level 12D was replaced w/ this level,but the problem where I can't go in still comes my way,maybe it has to do w/ placement.

Try deleting the .srm file that has the same name as your rom.
