Do you think you have a cursing problem?

I think I do.

I tend to swear, both on internet and in real life. I've kind of rationalized my cursing as "part of a bigger process".

Do you think you curse a lot? If so, would you want to fix it? If not, what do you think of cursing in itself?
Well, personally I curse quite a lot on the internet, but not that much in real life. I'm trying to fix it by saying 'fudge' instead of ... yeah.

EDIT: Holy cow 1 second O.o
I don't really have a problem with that, but I swear a lot sometimes.
I'm fine with it, and others doesn't see anything bad with it either, so i'll keep that trait of mine. :D

I have a huge problem with it. I started in like the second half of 4rth grade... Yeah.

I'm in 6th grade, and I constantly swear, whenever I can. But not in front of teachers. Its like a trait.
I swear constantly, to the point where the word 'fuck' comes naturally. Me and my friends generally just make jokes in that kind of manner.

I swear in real life and the Internet, but I find that there's nothing wrong with it. After all, it's just words that are apparently 'bad'.
I rarely, if ever, swear (I think I can count on one hand the total number of times). I don't have any problem with swearing in and of itself (they're just words, I mean really, because society says they are bad they are bad?) it's merely that swearing appears to me as ones inability to intelligently articulate their opinions/frustrations. If all you do is say "fuck" all the time, what does that really mean? Those words are almost never used in a correct sense (I don't think that word really has a correct sense...) but instead seem to merely replace pauses in peoples speech which would normally be occupied with interjections. If you can't think of a better way to express your mind, then you just look like a complete idiot to me and I honestly stop listening to what you have to say (that takes quite a few instances, not if you just say it once).

However, I do occasionally use "swear" words in a correct sense, which I don't personally see as swearing at all. For instance:
"Britney Spears is the bastard child of pop"
That is something I say fairly often, while that is technically considered a "swear word" (by some people) it is being used correctly in that sense (it means illegitimate child in case anybody doesn't know) so instead of showing stupidity and an inability to articulate ones feelings, it shows a more significant grasp of the English language with the ability to use words in the way they are meant to be used. Or maybe it still makes me look like an idiot to you, that's your choice.
Fuck yes. *shot*
I used to have a bit of trouble with swearing.
I swear a lot (well, not a lot. but above-average) in real life and internet when something goes wrong, and I'm not ashamed by it for whatever reason. I do not curse directly to people though because that's just wrong. I just say 'fuck' when something just doesn't go my way. Then again, I don't say those words while yelling. >_>

To maintain my manners a bit, I say 'crap' during classes instead of 'fuck'.

And no, I don't hesitate while cursing. They're just some words like HuFlungDu said. It's up to the people on how to interpret my cursing.
My blog. I could post stuff now and then

Yeah, saw that one coming.

I don't curse excessively in real-life. Only when I feel it's necessary.

As for the internet, probably slightly more often, but again, not excessively.
I don't excessively curse, I curse when I feel I can't get my point accross without doing so. I do, however, have the urge to curse out that little 6 year old kid next door who says "FUCK YOU" to his own parents.
(loud enough to make me hear even when I'm listening to music)
Every so often, yeah, but mostly to myself, and out of anger more than anything. Swearing...is so unprofessional X_X

But hey, it's language, who says it's illegal?

This.

And yeah, I don't really see how a word can be this horrible thing.
It's just a word.

Actually, just yesterday at my hockey game, I was on the bench and the other team had a two on one. I was like, 'Shit, shit, shit... sorry for the profanities, coach.'
Then our assistant coach is like, 'Fuck you.'

I laughed.

My swearing patterns tend to be odd. Words such as fuck tend to appear very rarely, but my friends will agree that I normally spout some kind of profanity. Normally in real life, it's 'god' or 'balls'.
I try not to curse at all. The few times I do curse is when I'm alone with friends, and even then only rarely and as a joke. However, I tend to say 'crap' a lot, for some reason.
I've never sworn out loud or in type once in my entire life, aside from instances like when we were reading a play in school and my character had to say "damn" or some such. I don't count that one time I uttered a curse in elementary school before I even knew what swear words were.

I hear cursing occasionally in school and on the Internet, but I've never had to stop myself from doing it - I just naturally don't swear. Most of my friends either don't swear or don't do it often, so maybe that's why I've never had the urge. Or maybe because I tend to tune out conversation that includes curse words.

If you count "suggestive" words like "crap" or "freaking", I rarely use them, although I tend to more often when I'm around my brother.

This. I do, however, curse online in rage... Perhaps I should tone it down... In real life, I use "blast" and "crap" in addition, and I don't feel I have a problem.

Yeah, mostly in right life is when I swear a lot. A lot of the swearing goes to inanimate objects. About a couple of days ago, I was swearing at a traffic light for turning red as soon as I get close to the intersection. Happens all the time.
I don't really curse often, and when I do, it's usually when I'm by myself at some inanimate objects or rarely when I'm with my friends.

I try not to curse on forums or anything, so if you see a swear in one of my posts, I really mean it.
