is it possible to change a midi(musicfile) to a mp3?(musicfile)

Either play the MIDI file in a music player and record Wave Out Mix with some audio util or use an audio format conversion tool like Switch (click "Windows Download" for free version)

Itunes. import your MIDI, click advanced->convert selection to mp3.

congratulations. you now have an MP3.

Or for people who hate Itunes and everthink mac releated go on good and look up Direct MIDI to MP3 Converter. It does a really good job of convertying it. It sounds almost like the midi, but better.
