-Story-
Just a normal day in the Mushroom Kingdom. Mario was exploring the outskirts of Peach's Castle when he saw Bowser in his clown car racing
towards the castle. Mario new he was up to no good. So Mario raced after Bowser then he left. Mario entered the castle to find the princess missing. Mario was too late. Now he must travel to Bowser's Cave to save the princess.
-STORY-

Here is screenshots and video of my romhack, Bowser's Return. You cannot yet download Demo 4 but you can Download Demo 3.

One thing you need to fix is when the sliding koopa goes into the ground.
I dont think the points palette looks good. (The ones when you hit an enemy). You should change it to a different color.

Also, I suggest that you make the goal posts smaller.

This looks pretty good though.

Fixed the palette. Don't know how to fix the koopa sliding thing.
Just get rid of the Sliding Koopa then.

I saw this pretty many times, I guess it's because the video decoding. No problems with the hack, it's just the video (and just for a tiny second).

Anyways, this hack looks pretty decent. Though the level design isn't too special, just simply edited SMW levels, they aren't bad.
It's a common glitch in most videos. It's nothing big, it's something in the emulator's video coding, likely.

He's right. It's just a video glitch. My hack does NOT do that. I have tested several times.
There seems to be a cutoff here:

Other than that it looks good.

I cant insert anymore music to it and thats the best song I had.

I can't insert anymore because addmusic got updated and I can't use it because I used a older version when I put in the music.

Caves of Ethrelem is being updated and areas of cutoff has been removed.


Demo 4 may be released sometime in Feburary.
Not sure if this is vanilla or choclate, but it's a good hack ;)
Also, for addmusic I reccomend the Japenese version.

Will the japanese addmusic glitch the graphics or freeze it like the others did because I used an older version of Addmusic?
I have always used that addmusic and there is no trouble at all.

Oh and its not vanilla. It has custom ExGFX, music, blocks, sprites, etc.
I will try the japanese addmusic and see what happens.
Nice, Caves of Ethrelem looks well put together now instead of just slapping gray cement blocks everywhere. It is also good because it eliminates cutoff. I will be keeping my eye on this hack. :D

Thanks! I also found a working addmusic and changed a lot of music and did a little hex editing.



I edited the big boo boss's hp to be 6.
I changed the main boss music
I am updating the first Ghost House and now constructing the second castle. Whoever would like to help me reply or PM me. Any help will be greatly appricated.
