Garbled ExGFX Graphics

How do I- add the Yoshi's Island ExGFX to my hack? When ever I do it like it says in the readme, the graphics go garbled. What am I doing wrong? Here is a picture.

What am I doing wrong?
Alright, it appears that you've already assigned the ExGFX to a slot. Is the ExGFX a BG or FG? The glitchy tiles look like FG to me. Anyway, place your Map16Page/Map16PageG in the same directory as your ROM and hit F3 with the Map16 Editor open to the appropriate page (3-F for FG, 10-1F for BG). Once you're done putting them into the editor, hit F9 to save. Load the proper values into the FG slots/BG slot in the Super GFX Bypass (most readmes should tell you what to assign to which), and save. Don't forget to Quick Insert GFX and ExGFX using the appropriate mushroom buttons. Finally, go to the pages you made changes on in your Direct Map16 Access in Objects. Also, if you're using a BG, go to Level -> Change Map16 Background Page -> and select the page where you saved your BG. That should be all!
I did that and put the ExGFX where they should be and it still looks garbled. I don't know what to do. It is a FG and a BG, I load both, and it is still glitched.
Did you remember to extract the original graphics and reinsert them at the end?

Okay let me type it all out:
1) Extract GFX
2) Rename ExGFX
Ex: BG1: ExGFX80 FG1: EXGFX81 FG2: EXGFX82 FG3: EXGFX84
3) Drag all the ExGFX into the ExGFX folder (In the rom folder)
4) Drag the map 16 ONLY THE ONES FOR FG First outside (Rom folder)
5) Open LM
6) Click the Golden mushroom
7) Click the Red Mushroom
8) List all the GFX in where they are supposed to go
9) Open Map16x16 tile map editor
10) Now here is the important step Push Down until you get to PAGE 3!!!!
11) On Page 3 push F3 then Push F9 and click OK
TIP: If it doesnt look right click the Red Mushroom and rearange the GFX till you got it
12) Drag the BGMap16 into your Rom folder
13) Click the Map16 editor hit Page down till you get to PAGE 12!!!!!!
14) Click F3 then F9 click OK
15) Go to the Background editor (Leaf) and Push Page Down till you get to the same page as the background in the Map 16 editor
Example: BG on Page 12 in Map 16 Page 16 in the Background editor.
14) Now its a simple left and right click to reange the tiles.

Now if that is too much leave the GFX where it is and Click the File button in LM then Open Level from file. Then click the MWL file that came with it. It will then import the a level and BG all pre-installed. Just watch out or it could overide all ready edited levels.

Hope this helps have a nice day!

Just to add to that, you can load the level and not press the save icon to save to the level it's on. You can press ctrl + i and save it to a different level by changing the options shown.
