SMWC Removals (delete stuff please)

-Anvil studios: just a shortcut
-Overworld music editor/Level music editor: has been updated
-Addmusic: I submitted it twice by mistake, keep the one that says the author is ???
-Sprite tool 1.33/1.34: has been updated
-Lunar Magic 1.67k: Should include the full exe, not just an ips that doesn't even work with the current version

Consider this a non-hack removal thread.

-Overworld music editor/Level music editor: has been updated
deleted and deleted

-Addmusic: I submitted it twice by mistake, keep the one that says the author is ???
actually, I'd rather keep mikeyk's translation, is there any reason not to?

-Sprite tool 1.33/1.34: has been updated
deleted and deleted

-Lunar Magic 1.67k: Should include the full exe, not just an ips that doesn't even work with the current version
too bad parasyte doesn't seem to drop in anymore

ah well, I'll keep it anyway for history
The new addmusic is suppose to remove the P-switch and Starman glitch when you first use the INIT command.

The English translation can't do that though. All you really need to do to fix the P-switch and Starman glitch is to change a single byte in the ROM. I fixed those 2 glitches on my hack with a hex editor and I use the English translation.

Maybe add a little note to the English translation about using a hex editor to fix those 2 glitches that I mentioned.
The 1.67k patch works.
That's strange, it doesn't for me. Do you have the most recent version?

Also several things in the Custom Sprites section are now included with Sprite Tool.

This is in Japanese, but the starman and POW glitches are fixed, problems that are not addressed in the English version.

I added this sentence to mregg's upload, that should differentiate it enough from the English version.
Sorry if this is offtopic, but I found a lot of stuff that shouldn't be here, or has been re-submited:
Patches
- KP's Mario 1/2 Tile Interaction Field. Or my "Hitbox change patches"...I submited them first. <_< >_>
- SMB2 Music; Theres 2 submited by Matrizzle. I guess deleting the one from 2 months ago...
- Mario to Baby Yoshi GFX: Crappyness...something you could make in 3 minutes.
- All Addmusic music patches: Self-explanatory?
Custom blocks
- Slope Edge Fix Block; It's already in patches. It was submited there first...
- Gravity Altering Blocks; I think these don't work. :/
Custom sprites
- banzai bill generator; I think this is...
- Bucket head; Theres an updated version of this sprite.
- Custom Shooters/Launchers: Updated versions that work with the most updated sprite tool versions.
- Most/All CFGeditor-edited sprites; They're not really THAT custom...
- SMB2 POW; Updated version already there.

Well, those should be deleted, IMO.

How does it not work? What happens? Anyway, yeah. I tried it on a 1.63 I just downloaded from the Tools.
Kp's SMAS Stomp sound patch:
It changes the wrong offset, making Mario ''Run'' on the overworld (Top left) instead of the stomp sound. At least that happened to me.

Let's not forget about the Yoshis Island Cloud custom sprite. It was uploaded without the author's permission. >_>

I also heard from Carol that most of his sprites use special level asm.
I dont think the sprite can be used to its full potential anyways in a normal level.

Yes it can.

Stuff from Documents to delete:

Super Demo World: The Legend Continues secret goal FAQ - should be moved to SMWiki's guide section.
Tutorial: Inserting Custom Music into the OW - old, and confusing because it talks about the very first version of Addmusic.
Tutorial: Super Mario World Music Creation/Conversion - Updated

Both deleted

Stuff from Patches to delete:
SMAS Music(Added: 2007-07-12 03:09:17 PM)
SMB2 Music(Added: 2007-08-15 08:50:50 AM)
Reason: Both of these patches have a severe glitch--when editing a ROM with Lunar Magic for the first time, part of the sound sample data becomes overwritten by some of the routines LM adds.
Leave the Music Inserting Tutorial there for now, but yes, it is very outdated. If I find time, I will upload a newer version which covers everything.
please do, maybe i could learn from that.

Just for the record, I was the one who made LM 1.67k. However, seeing as all I did was porting Parasyte's hack from 1.62 to 1.63, I didn't feel that crediting myself was necessary.
Just wondering, just what does the mk-16 command do?
It opens a bonus ExGFX inserting feature in LM using data from pic2snes.
