Little Custom Boss

So, I want to make a little custom boss. Not much ASM, just some changes. In the spritetool folder is a dissassembly of Rex. I want to make him a custom boss. These are the settings that I need for him:

1. I want that you must jump on him 10 times.

2. After hitting him 2 times, he will become faster. (Not much, just a little bit)

3. I don't want that he shrinks when you jump on him.

4. If you beat him, the exit activates.

5. There were be two vertical fireballs. Now if you beat the Rex, the level end activates. (If I put a level ender sprite in it, it won't work because of the fireballs)

6. You can't kill him with spin jump. If you spin jump on him, you just bounce of it, like from a thwomp.

Now, what settings must I change in the ASM file or can someone make that for me?
Please, don't tell me, for example: change LDA to --- or something else. I don't know the opcodes. Just say me, go to that word and change the number after that or something else.
I hope you can help me.
You can change most of that with Tweaker, and everything with a hex editor... Look in the ROM Map first, though.

But I don't want to change the original rex. I want to change the dissassembly of rex and with the cfg editor, you can't edit his HP and how it acts. I want know to make him small after you jump 5 times on it. Can maybe someone say me, just, where in the ASM file is stored Rexs HP? And his speed.
There's a Rex disassembly which comes with Sprite Tool. Here's a sprite based of Rex which you can modify. It's pretty easy to edit his HP, and it wouldn't be too hard to to change his graphics so that he didn't shrink when stomped. The only thing that might be difficult is figuring out how to make it so that he activates the end of the level after beating him.

Edit: When I modify the original Rex, can I use the dissassembly of the Rex as a normal Rex?
And something else: Can I put a sprite over the screen that you can't see that spawns all 8 sceonds a lightning?
Typed the address in wrong, sorry. I suppose you could modify the original Rex and use it as the boss and then use the custom sprite as a normal Rex, but that's the opposite of how I'd do it. What do you mean by "lightning?" The Sumo Bros.' lightning bolt which explodes into a wall of fire, or just flashing and thunder in the background. Ghettoyouth made a custom sprite to generate the second kind.
I mean, the lightning from the sumo bros. But I think I solved this problem too. I make no vertical or horizontal scroll, make a lakitu that you can't see. (Above the screen) In Lemetaal I make that he spawns lightnings.

Edit: New Problem: I want to change the graphics of the rex. But the sqished one is just 16x16 and the normal rex is bigger. What should I do?
I wonder if it's possible to make your Rex boss get hit every 2 times and becomes faster and faster every 2 hits. that would make an iteresting battle, as it gets harder to beat him. I think he should be made as a custom sprite inserted with sprite tool as you can make more other changes and customized options.
The problem with custom bosses that you have to jump on their heads to beat is that you could easily stay jumping on his head until hes dead. If there was a way to jump on his head and make him immune to it for about 5 seconds (something like Boom Boom), then it would be challenging.

Why not edit the Level Ender to end it if there are two sprites in the level instead of zero?

Oh, by the way, you'd also need to make it so that Mario can't spinjump off of it because it dies immediately when he does.

If you truly want to implement stuff like this, learn asm.
Ive been talking with Carol lately and he is a bit disturbed that you guys ask him for stuff constantly.
You for one buu-huu, is actually kind of the one scaring off Carol.
You upload everything of Carols you get your hands on and you constantly go to him to get things.(Why not make a dang Carol CULT since you are so obsessed with him!!?!?!?)

Why not specifiy the exact sprite which needs to be killed/off-screen in the level-ender-sprite? THAT would be useful!
