I guess i am. I believe in Heaven, but i have no idea what i will do there. I don't like thinking about it. Plus, if reincarnation is real(which i believe it is) I will lose my loved ones. :(

But, you never know...
I don't particularly afraid of dying, and yes, how will, whether by an accident or a disease. over any way, this experience is not good, what more do we have to go through it.
I'm not worried about my own death, as much as how much my own death will affect relatives and friends.

You see, I'm always someone who loved to make people laugh, and it's difficult to do that from beyond the grave. Or when I'm dead in the first place.

Other Submissions of mine!
I'm not very afraid of the actual act of dying, since it most likely be fairly quick, and even if painful for a bit, it wouldn't last. I'm more concerned that it would come in a bad time: when I had something I really wanted to do, but didn't have the chance, or would be unable to tell someone how I really felt.

What the fear I possess is, and one many probably share, is the great unknown after death. We humans seem to fear what we cannot be sure of, and indeed, there's no way to tell if we just disappear after death, go to a heaven/hell, or perhaps reincarnate in a different form.
If you don't feel anything after you die, does it actually really matter?

Huge agreement there. Afterlife is the true mystery. It'll just suck to die with nothing in the afterlife.
I am the Eggman! My current Egglayout is to support Sonic Robo Blast 2. I'll change it sometime in the future.
Listen to the SRB2 Soundtrack! It's awesome! AWESOME I SAY! Also, PM me if you ever wanna do SRB2 with me.
I'm athiest, so I don't know what happens after death. I don't fear death itself, but if pain is involved, then I have a good reason to be afraid.

I can't really say that I'm very afraid of dying. I am a bit worried, however, about how my death would affect some of the people I know, but once I am already dead, it wouldn't really matter anymore.

I completely agree. It seems that we humans fear death because it is something that we cannot comprehend. I find it very interesting to think about what it might be like after death. I guess it's something that we can only know once we experience death ourselves, or maybe not even then. Maybe it's just something that will remain a mystery to us.

This.

The only people who know for sure what death is like are people who have died. And they can't tell us what it's like, because they're dead. There's not much we can do but wonder.

people that are afraid to die have necrophobia. i would say, uhm, im kinda afraid, but not afraid...you know what i mean? :S
Oh...that was meant to be a joke?
I don't like the thought of drowning.Free counters!
I'm not afraid to die at all. However, like a lot of people have already stated, it's the afterlife that's a little unnerving. I was raised to believe that Heaven and Hell exist, and I do for the most part, but there's always a chance that what waits for us beyond death is nothing. And if the afterlife does exist, I have the fear that I'll be judged unworthy of passage to Heaven.

But as for death itself, I'm not worried at all.
I am afraid of what might happen after dying.

It's just some kind of fear of not knowing what's ahead.
Just because I'm not afraid of dying doesn't mean I want to die anytime soon :P
Well, I'm an atheist, so I don't believe that anything happens when you die. It's like, DIE, and it's over. It's not that I'm afraid of death, but rather that I feel sad about it, since it means it's the end of everything for my mind. Though I sometimes think that life and death are equally meaningless, lol.
-I WOON!-
Never was, never am. I don't believe in such gods, because of the things they cause....I won't say more, because some people on here believe in him/them.

So the only thing I could come up with is when you die, you become a ghost/spirit. That's just me, and I know it sounds crazy, but one time when it was 3:00 PM, I was in the computer room, and I saw this strange face on the computer (Read: Not the screen, the computer itself.) and all it had were eyes and a mouth. It was smiling, and at the time, I really wasn't seeing things. I was perfectly fine, about to go to the beach, so it doesn't make sense. Oh, and then I had these nightmares, of a future...it wasn't too good. But then again, they're just dreams, right?! (Read: The dreams were about the scary picture and future, not the face on the PC. That was 100% real.)

About dying, that isn't too scary if you think about it. I mean, there are so many jerks in this world, and people that want power so badly, they'll resort to killing people who didn't do anything.
So...dying is actually a good thing in my mind. You get away from everything in this world, you can FINALLY R.I.P..sure, it's sometimes painful, but after that, the pain stops....for good. ^_^ (Yes, I am kinda weird and "different" from humans.)
I guess it all depends on how you die. If it's a painful way to die then I won't be afraid, because I'll be in too much pain to be afraid. I've seen my grandmother take her last breath and I'm sure that is scary. But hopefully I won't die so I don't have to worry about that. :)

Taking a small break
I've always wondered what it's like to die, especially if you are being killed by someone you loved/love. That would piss me off so much. But I believe in reincarnation as I am a Buddhist. Yeah I don't admit that much...
But no, I am not afraid of death, I have faced him a few times, and every time I like, didn't die. Which only like happened 3 times. Ever.
I will become alive again sometime soon.
