Punch Out! (Wii Edition)

Have any of you other guys played it? If you haven't, its a decent game. I play it. Albeit I'm stuck on a boxer in Title Defense Mode. Here is a video of where I am stuck.

Before I start posting in this thread, I'm going to have to request/demand that NOBODY POST WHO THE FINAL BOSS IS WITHOUT A SPOILER TAG. I only have a few more opponents to go and I DO NOT want it spoiled.

For Great Tiger Title Defense, pay attention to the color that the gem on his turban flashes. When green, dodge left. When blue, dodge right. When white, dodge down. When red, dodge in any direction you please. When they flash multiple colors, perform the dodges as you would normally in the order that the colors appear. When he does his special move, dodge in the direction of the REAL Great Tiger, then duck when he does his spinning attack.

Does anyone have any tips on beating Bald Bull on Title Defense? I know you have to get a star punch on him, but are there any tricks to beating him? Punching him in the stomach on his bull charge gets a star punch, I know that. What should I do against his attack after he spins his hands? I'm only able to get one hit in on him there...
My friend, Windy Kun, advises that you try to counterpunch his attacks for as many stars as possible, then unleash it.

Also thanks. I'm now on Don Flamenco. He's really changed from his predictable pattern near the end.
