Keep in mind that the addresses you see in the hex editor are SNES RGB Values (2 bytes per color) and they are in the opposite order of what you see in Lunar Magic.
Keep in mind that that address is 14 bytes, which corresponds to seven colours in SNES notation. To find the SNES value for a colour, simply hold your mouse over it in the palette editor and read the value on the right.My YouTube channel

You could always use one of the Iggy/Larry platform editors, the one that worked for me the best and easiest was the one by smallhacker.
