-Little ExGFX
-Increasing Level Design throughout the game. (No levels are ommitted)
-The exact same overworld
I don't really like the sensitivity of this userbase, so I'll hold back on posting my hack for play. Screenshots should come soon.
The first level (unnamed)-One screen level
Each level will have a secret (maybe red?) star.
(Don't confuse this with the yoshi coin star in my first screenshot.)
I hope I can create the system for red star collection.
For now I'm just marking the secret star with a miscolored coin.
I like that much better S.N.N. , Mario's Keytastrophe is looking better and better.
A night submap:
Note: Not finished at all... going to be ExGfxified some more... and obviously level names Your layout has been removed.
I think I know what one of those concepts is S.N.N.
Spigmike, that's pretty good. However, I suggest that maybe you could add some cliff lines to your cliffs.
The Super Metroid FG doesn't suit with the forest BG.

here's one way to do it:
Code
LDA $RAMADDRESS
CMP #$VALUE
BNE NOEXECCODE
[INSERT CODE TO EXECUTE IF EQUAL HERE]
NOEXECCODE

I was just reading through my PMs and I forgot I hadn't used those yet, so I figured the time had come, heh.
ghettoyouth: that's the most impressive hackery I've seen since brutal mario..
spigmike: The cliff's perspective looks odd without some defining lines.
When I finish a few more I'll release a pack of YI sprites. Right now it's just a gusty + gusty generator and that ghost shyguy.
I already have the gusty sprite. A gusty generator? That's cool.
Didn't know there was a gusty already made, but I'll still put it with a generator. Some controls like how heavy the waves are / left right entrances will still make it worthwhile, I guess.
nice work. it's good to see more YI enemies.Your layout has been removed.
The BG in that screenshot uses [the space of] 4 (yes, 4) exgfx files. Yes, it's real.
30 imaginary points go to who can guess what game that BG comes from.
50 imaginary points go to who can figure out how I put in the extra GFX files to fit the BG.
If you mean the FG, I would say, in one of the ExGFX files are the FG tiles.
