Oh, another Rayman game xD
Yeah, I have that game. It's pretty good, and I actually like it but that...the first time I played that part I was like WTF is going on???
When it comes to online games... Titch's Adventure strikes me as the weirdest.

As for console games... the weirdest would probably be Outpost Kaloki X. If you haven't played it, don't :/
I made a standalone game once, look for Seabug Stampede on Google Play.
That game was...wierd. Perfect on this topic xD
I should make a list of games that are very wierd.
Noby Noby Boy from Playstation Network

Conker's Bad Fur Day

Not only does it look like a kiddie game that is ultimatally violent and disturbing but the entire game takes place in one day. And in that day Conker, the cute, fuzzie, 21 year-old squirrel: Steals bee hives, gets drunk frequentlly, Fights a poo monster, Swims away from a bulldog/shark hybrid, kills a bunch of zombies and his great, great, great, great grandfather who is a vampire, Visits a dinosaur theamed world, watches a bee "polonate" a big breasted flower who is tickleish, fights evil, nazi, teddy bears called tediz (look at avatar), goes into the matrix to rob a bank, and finally kills an alien based off the "Alien" movies named "Heinrich." Oh, and at the end he becomes king.

completed the game
that is it in a nutshell
and it is very weird
Hong Kong 97

I swear to God if you can find a weirder game I'm Jesus.

But if unlicensed games don't count, I'd say... Tomba! and Tomba! 2.

Pokemon, a game where you pit a tiny electric mouse against a giant flying sea serpent and the mouse wins. 'nuff said
Wario Ware Inc.
With so many strange and bizarre mini-games I oftentimes encountered a "wtflol!" moment. I love this game to death, even though the mini games make absolutely no sense.

Only because he says Pokemon is wierd, it doen't mean Pokemon is bad. I liked the first games, and Pokemon Sapphire, but now...not that much anymore. Too many Pokemons, they have propably over 900 already *shot*
No, seriously, there are around 400, right?

And for Wario ware, I love that series. My favourite is the one for the DS.
Earthworm Jim series.
Now I leave my IPS patches of my hacks for everyone play and edit as you want to.

Hmmm...
It's between LSD for the psx, which is sort of a dream simulator thing, you just walk through it and things happen around you, but some of it is so completely fucked up that its scarier than any survival horror game I've played, and Space Station Silicon Valley for the n64, where you play as the microchip of a robot and possess dead robotic animals, but its pretty sadistic, you get bonus points for things like incinerating a dog under the engines of a space ship. Ooh, and Moon for the psx, I've only played in on an emulator since its japan only, but you start off by playing a little fake rpg and then you get into the real thing, where you a person in the world of the previous rpg and you find out that the hero you played as before is actually killing innocent people and animals just to level up, and you have to save them. Not really that weird, but very unique. And the earthworm jim and warioware series.
