Map16 / Pipes Problem

Well, I want to make a Map16Page.bin and a Map16PageG.bin on one of my 16x16 editor pages, but I don't know how. I know how to save, and how to insert, but I don't know how to make.

For FuSoYa's Screen-Scrolling Pipes, I don't know how to fix the corner pieces. See the Red Circle.

Also, how come whenever I hit the bottom-edge of a horizontal pipe, I miraculously die somewhere on the left side of the screen? See the Green Circles.
In order to make a Map16Page.bin and a Map16PageG.bin, hit F2 on the Map16 page you want to have as those files.

I'm probably retired tbh
For your first question, I believe you press F2.
For your second question, there was a fix to it right here.

EDIT: beaten...
Great, but for Q2, is it normal or not?
*sigh

The Screen Scrolling pipes came with ExGFX you insert and a patch to fix the problem with entering the pipes.

No, is it normal if Mario hits where the green circles are, you miraculously die?

Do you honestly think it's normal?

Well, I kind of. I had to look at a hack with screen-scrolling pipes (Cool or Cruel) and made it so I hit the bottom and I did die.

Plus I already patched it and nothing changed.
