This hack was pretty decent, but there are quite a few errors holding it back.

Pipe creates holes in the dirt.

Also, I suggest you use ExGFX if you plan on using the ice blocks that have munchers in them. I didn't know those two ice blocks were dangerous until after I got hurt.
Block off the bottom of the diagonal pipe so Mario can't get stuck.
The center of the hills is discolored.
Use coins to lead the player when using a blind jump.
There is garbage at the top of the screen. Raise the BG's starting position.
It will help the player if you change the color of the correct pipe here...since you don't have time to look through them all.
All the secondary entrances in this level need to have their FG initial starting position lowered.
Don't use a surface jumping fish when there is no surface for it to jump.
You have a teleport block here...but the pipe right above also leads to the same area. Remove one or the other.

What? Also...the player is required to pass the Yellow Switch Palace to continue.

Blatant level edit.
The player has no idea where to guide the brown blocks, and there is no reset pipe.
Make sure the player can't reach the bottom of a diagonal pipe. Also, it is incredibly hard to get out of this pit. If you want the player to die here, make it bottomless.
Lotsa slowdown.

This spike is spikeless. Fix the sprite memory settings, or remove a few sprites.
The lava is super bright here. Also...it seems odd to find lava in an outdoor grassland section.
I encountered a bit of slowdown here.
Blood red arches hurt my eyes.
Shift the bush one tile to the left.

As soon as you come out of the pipe, you are hurt by this Urchin.
The player can bypass your fish gauntlet by swimming over the wall up above. Add a ceiling to prevent that.
The secret Ghost House is largely unedited. The only thing changed is this and the boss battle.
I like the idea of having a blue koopa kick a shell to you...but if you kill the koopa...you're screwed.
Yoshi is not compatible with fireballs.

This is why these blocks never traveled where Mario could touch the sides.
This jump was even harder. I had to take a hit to continue.
