Small problem with 1up mushroom



I have a 1up mushroom in front of a cloud object. It looks fine in LM, but in ZSNES, the 1up is behind the cloud (but still collectible). The cloud tile does not have layer priority. I couldn't find anything in Tweaker that affected this. Is there a way to fix this?
Sprites like the 1-Up Mushroom are actually affected by Layer Priority, meaning that if you set an 1-Up Mushroom to stay IN FRONT of something (just like you did) in Lunar Magic, it will actually stay BEHIND of the object it was placed in front of, in-game. I, personally, have never seen an option in Sprite Tweaker that allows you to disable its Layer Priority, so I'm guessing you would have to look through a disassembly of it and remove the small piece of code that makes it appear behind objects, and therefore, insert it into your ROM as a brand new sprite.
It's coded inside the sprite's code, if you want to change it, learn ASM. Or else, your sprite will still behind every Layer.
Now I leave my IPS patches of my hacks for everyone play and edit as you want to.

If you did change the layer priority of it, wouldn't it appear in front of ? blocks and such while it spawns?
