How do you relocate bosses?

How do you change the order of the bosses (move them to different levels)? I need to know because I want to do that for my YI Hack.Free counters!
NOTE: You need to be familiar with hex editing and preferably translhextion or any other hex editors.

To change the order of bosses, you can either make a screen exit to their room or re-locate them. If you choose to relocate them, make sure some of the header and position of the boss stays the same, because some bosses need certain header properties to function, and need to be in certain places to activate the boss event.

Also, there's times when Boss Colours (palattes) change or don't look right. In a situation like this, open Translhextion and play a little with these values:

The numbers in the [ ]'s are the colour code, and the rest is self explanatory.
If you change the room the screen exit leads to (their room) will it change the world you go to. For example, say I wanted to fight Naval Piranha in 1-8. When I defeated her, would I start on World 4?Free counters!
No, i don't think so. I dont think the game is programmed like that. Only the palettes are coded into what world you are in. But try it out.

That's pretty much right. The game is programmed to unlock the next level after the one you bet, no matter what world the boss was in ... unless you change it yourself using a hex editor.
OK, I've relocated Marching Milde to 1-4 by changing where the exit leads to, but I have a palette glitch when he gets big and when you ground-pound him and he splits into 2 big mildes. What shall I put into the hex editor to fix this and what shall I change/keep the same?Free counters!
So you want Marching Milde as your 1-4 Boss?

Okay. Firstly, you must swap around values, both for before AND after transformation. In your case:

Before Transformation
[02 21 70] 1-4 Burt the Bashful
[A2 21 70] 4-4 Marching Milde

After Transformation
[CA A5 5F] 1-4 Burt the Bashful
[06 A6 5F] 4-4 Marching Milde

Copy the Marching Milde colour codes over the Burt the Bashful. This will make your codes:

Before Transformation
[A2 21 70] 1-4 Marching Milde (was Burt the Bashful)

After Transformation
[06 A6 5F] 1-4 Marching Milde (was Burt the Bashful)

The Before Trans. values are located at 6678D-667B0, and the After Trans. values are at 66769-6678C.

(I'm not all that familiar with Boss Relocating, but i'm pretty sure that's basically how it's done.)

Hope this helped :)
Now my Naval Piranha fight is in 1-8, But look what happens after Kamek shoots his magic

As you can see, both codes for Naval Piranha and Salvo the Slime are the same.

So why is this happening?Free counters!
When I relocated my Piranha boss to 1-8 I had the almost same exact problem. Except I only had one purple box which is the on the bottom. What I can suggest for you is to first go to Naval Piranha's boss room and import the exact properties of the header in that level. Then put them into your 1-8. See if that rids of any boxes.
I'm not having Naval Piranha before sewers, as I can't make sewer levels :(. Do you think you could help me?Free counters!
You are going to have to put Naval in a sewer otherwise the whole layering propery doesn't come out right..
Do you need to make a sewer level before Naval Piranha?Free counters!
I'm pretty sure you must. Because in the original YI it had the sewer tileset. So when I tried the castle bricks tileset, Kamek's magic came out screwed..
How can I do a sewer level? I've tried to do one by looking at other sewer levels to get the idea but it won't work in game? Can you give me some advice on how to make a successful sewer level because I saw that you did for your YI Hack.Free counters!
No no. Firstly, change the header properties to the Naval piranha's to exactly match the header with your room. Tell me if that gets rids of most of the boxes.
Do you mean put them into the room with the boss door?Free counters!
Uh, If you mean the same room with Naval Piranha, then yes.
No I mean the room before the fight, not the room with Naval Piranha in. The room that has the red boss door.Free counters!
i totally don't know, but i think this might be the solution.

i think that you can use the castle tileset before that,so that you can use the sewer tileset in the bos battle.
i'm not experienced with YI hacking at all, just thought it might help :P
Jeorge, I think he means that you have to copy all header options from Piranha's original room to your new Piranha room.
