I'll post screenshots of the glitch later.

Yeah... Upload your image to a site like photobucket.com, and post the image URL enclosed in [img] tags.

need to stop backseat moderating or banned.
After quoting the first post, I found 2 problems:
1. No [/img]
2. You picked an image directly from your folders, upload it to an image hosting site

I wonder what it looks like... *starts thinking*
That looks impossible from what I can see. Is the spike on layer 2? Even though it was, that's still pretty difficult to get through.
y found the spike out of place without the background
i dont see any good gimicks in that one screenshot... it seems like an iceicle cave with dirt and spikes comeing out of the sky like a castle with no cealing work on that please
I fixed the second screenshot! Here it is:

Now let's discuss the glitch. Look at the item storage box on the status bar. Do you see any glitched tiles? If you do, then we'll hear what Mario says about it.

Mario: WTF!? I never remembered collecting a glitched tile as an item!

I don't know what is the cause of this, but I can tell you that when I take the item out....

Mario: Oh, it's a mushroom! That's weird. At first it was a glitched tile, but now it's a mushroom! How did this happen? It must have been magic or something.

Please help me know the cause and how I can fix it.
It's me again. I need to tell you that my hack just swallowed another bug. Here's a screenshot.

There's a glitched tile behind Mario. Also, Mario's running. This little glitch came from the OW Event Crap Fix 1.1 patch from the Patches section of the site. This problem for some reason doesn't happen to small Mario, but he still runs, though. Please help me.

Also, my ROM is 2,049 KB (2 MB). Will you still accept hacks that size?

More screenshots coming in the C3 Event forum!
For your hack size.
We do not take ROMs of ANY size, but if you make it an IPS and compress it into a Zip file (like you have to do to get it on the site), its much smaller and stuff :3
Demo 1 released! Here it is:

EDIT: Link is currently down.

Also:

Fixed the castle screenshot yet agaain.
Got more sceenies!

(Yes, the wall with the spikes are on Layer 2, but it's possible to get through this point, because that's what it looks like once it smashed down. Also, this will be the last stage in the demo I will release here at SMW Central.)

Screenies of the overworld coming soon!
RED STEMS ARE EVIL!!!
THEY CAUSE SRAM CORRUPTION!!!
EVIL!!!
EVIL EVIL EVIL EVIL EVIL EVIL!!! I TELL YOU, EEEEEEEEEEVVVVVVVVVVVIIIIIIIIIIILLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *shot*
Who knows what post number this is?
First, Caps nazi
Second, totally unnecessary
Third, it's VRAM corruption

This is a warning, don't post like this again.
Apply this patch to your ROM, it will give the plant the correct (Green) pallete, and fix the graphics.
Screenies of the overworld here! Here is all the paths of World 1 unfurled.

I've got more, too.

Also, I've tried that Piranha fix patch, but all it did was screw up the stem. However, I've enable custom palletes on some of my stages, and on the stages with the classic Piranhas, I changed the paletes and got the plant's stem to green. More screenies coming soon!
You need to set the Sprite GFX to a set that has the correct upside down plant graphics.

Wow, I never knew trees grew like that. No, the trees are in too much order. D:
Anyways, it seems, the same thing happened to the green rocks in this picture:

More screenies!

I have fixed some of the trees on the overworld, too.
