Working ON/OFF switches?

I only found like 2 tutorials on how to do this and one of them was in a language I don't speak, the other one I ended up with issues when I was following the instructions to make custom sprites for the on/off blocks with YY-CHR and ExGFX and when I did so I was unable to import them because the file size was too large. Also, the custom sprite was really poorly drawn I just copied the simple way the tutorial drew it, I copied a GFX file and cleared it then made the 2 block sprites which only took up 16x16 each so I have no clue why it would be larger when I erased all the sprites that were there and only drew new ones that took up less physical space than the original ones... Does anyone know if there's an easy way to do this like maybe on/off switch graphics that someone else has already made that I could download or something? I downloaded the switch pack/gps/yy-chr. I started setting up the switch patch according to the instructions on the tutorial but I still need the graphics. Any tutorials on this topic that you guys know of? The ones I found were on youtube. I read a few tutorials on ExGFX but I'm still at a loss here. Sorry for the complicated explanation, I'm still very inexperienced with lunar magic. Appreciate any advice.
You can use these on/off depenent blocks from SMM2.

Cool thanks. Got the on/off blocks to work, the on/off switch graphic is still glitchy but oh well.

Have you set the SP4 GFX to 3 or 5?

Either via Super GFX Bypass (Red Mushroom), or pick a sprite set from GFX Index (Blue Mushroom) that has SP4 = 3 or 5
