SMW Hacking isn't for me anymore, i want to make more exciting things in my life like moving to Sealand, riding my 38 unicorns and discovering a green 5-legged horse with pink hair.

Would you let me know if magic exists there? I want to learn and study it. Seems like a very useful thing to know.

Maybe I'll start with the basics. Just ice, fire, and lightning magic will do, though I'm kind of leaning towards fire.

Wow, That's unfortunate, I'm sure your hack would be great, but, oh well. Thanks for the good times we had with your hacks.
Gotta aim fast.

Guys I don't think he's lying. He told me today that he is indeed cancelling it. I don't blame him.

APRIL FOOLS!!
The hack is NOT cancelled

Now to end with all this April Fools shitposting, i'm gonna show off the first half of World 6, so let's get serious from this point on.

Overworld Map

Say goodbye to that ugly brown Vanilla Dome ripoff

6-1: Crystal Path

I haven't changed much in terms of level design aside from improving the sprite setups. But one change i made to all the levels in this world is that now all of them incorporate the green switch blocks in some way.

6-2: Crystalline Lake

This level now introduces the hammer suit. I also reduced the spam of volcano lotuses and pitchin' chucks.

6-3: Underground Falls

Once again, better sprite setups but i also made the waterfall section before the midpoint slightly longer and removed the pitchin chucks and volcano lotuses to make this level more distinct from the previous (as well as 7-1) in terms of sprites. I also changed the music to be the same that plays in 2-3, but don't worry, 6-1 and 6-2 still use the same songs as the original versions.

6-A: Magma Passage

If there's one level from the original hack that shows off how bad the SMB3 status bar was it was this level, it was so cramped and had so many tight jumps with low ceiling. Thankfully that's all in the past as this level now is a lot less cramped and hopefully more fun to play, but still challenging as it is a secret shortcut level that hides the green switch palace. I also changed the aesthetics here to fit World 6 better and to be more distinct to 5-6 and 12-3, which means that the music now is the YI cave theme (same as 6-1).

That's really it, i'm really excited to show the later half of World 6 once i get it done, not only because i'll show the first completely brand new level in the hack but also because i'll release a demo for beta testing purposes, and no, i'm not joking, this is all serious.

Wow.

One simple change to 6-A just blows my mind on how much better it makes the level. I'm not even talking about the aesthetics, which is FAR more pleasing to the eye. I'm talking just how much space you're given in the level. Just one single change made the level bearable to look at.

Great work, Rilla Roo.

Actually, that post is outdated, i have already released two demos on the previous two C3s and once i finish World 6 i'll release a demo for beta testing purposes

Oh Okey

World 6 is done and here's me again to showoff the screenshots, and this time i'm pretty excited for two reasons, one of them being:

6-5: Minecart Road (formerly 6-4: Mining Station)

I decided to make this level shorter as it was pretty long and repetitive in the original, and just like the other cave levels, the new status bar helps to make the level less cramped and less frustrating. I also removed the random bullet bill generator.

6-6: Abandoned Shaft

I decided to make the sprite usage more interesting by removing the Diggin' Chucks and adding new enemies like the Creeper, which blows up when you jump or spin jump on it. Also, yeah this level has a lot of Minecraft references, i even replaced the music of the exterior sublevel with Sweden.

6-Castle: Diamond Palace

I don't really have much to say about this level, it's mostly the same thing really.

And that's all i have to show for today, however, since i'm halfway done with the hack, i'm gonna start beta testing it so i can see if everything is alright and if i need to change anything in these first 6 worlds.

This is awesome, Your hacks are getting better and better instead of a bullet hell in the old ones. good job Rilla Roo

I have some suggestion for you too.
In 7-C, I recommend you to remove the falling rocks because it's impossible to dodge them and also it is make the game slow too which it makes me always die in that part.

Also , creeper awww man in 6-6.
Hello again.

The Remastered version of New Super Mario World 1: The Twelve Magic Orbs is getting better and better! I’m still playing the demo version (I’ve just started World 4) and, ignoring some things you said you would fix later, it’s wonderful.

Now, I have a suggestion for World 7: Mountain:

• Level 7-3: Deep Dark Cave: I liked the idea and the playability of this level, so I don’t complain about its difficulty. However, there is a snake block which has to be activated in order to access the first door. I suppose that it starts moving when Mario steps on
However, when they’re coins and we get them while the P-Torch is off, it’s hard and confusing to move that platform, but it eventually opens our way to the rest of the level. I recommend make it easier to get to that door.

That’s it for now, I really liked Donkey Kong Country - Fear Factory theme at level 7-5 and Mega Man 8 - Tengu Man theme at level 7-6, which is one of my favorite levels of this world.
